In CBS the first name in the joint account is the owner of the account. The other names are
considered as co-depositors only.
in the event of death of the first person (i.e. owner of the account); we can allow to continue
the said account in the name of surviving codepositor.

SAVINGS PLUS ACCOUNT

Savings Plus Account is a Savings Bank Account linked to MODs, wherein surplus fund
above a threshold limit from the SB Account is transferred automatically to MOD(TDR/STDR)
opened in multiples of Rs. 1000.

breaking MODs Last In First Out or Vice versa

SMALL ACCOUNTS
Small Deposit accounts are the same as Basic Savings Deposit account, but are opened
when the customer does not provide any Official Valid Document for full KYC.
#Allowed to open such an account on production of a self-attested photograph and affixation
of signature or thumb print, in the presence of an official of the Bank
#remain operational initially for a period of twelve months. And then for 12 months provided
customer submits an evidence of having applied OVD for KYC.
#Aggregate of all credits in a financial year does not exceed Rs.1 lakh

CREDIT KHAZANA

The "SBI Credit Khazana" Scheme offers Housing Loan customers, concessions in interest
rates and margins when they subsequently avail of any of the following loans:
Car Loan, Education Loan, Personal Loan, Tractor Loan.
#Eligibility
Housing Loan customers who have serviced the loan regularly for at least one year and
where Equitable Mortgage has been created.
#Concession in Interest
There will be a concession of 0.25% in interest when any of the above mentioned loans are
availed.
#Concession in Margin
There will be a concession of 5% in case of Car Loan and Tractor Loan.
#Other terms & Conditions like Amount of Loan, Repayment, Documentation will be the same
as those laid down for the individual schemes.
