any subsidy under the Marketing Assistance Scheme during the current financial year. Further, we
declare that we are participating in the following Exhibition through NSIC, Navi Mumbai for the first
time during the current financial year.

4. Self-attested Copy of latest Electricity bill.
5. Brochure of exhibition mentioning amount of stall rental of minimum size.
6. Proforma Invoice in favour of “NSIC A/c Unit Name”.
7. Letter from the organizer stating the rate and minimum size of the stall (along with discount, if any).
8. Cancelled Cheque.
9. Copy of PAN.
10. Company Profile.

This is to certify that the information furnished above is true and correct to best of my knowledge and
belief. We have gone through the terms and conditions of the Marketing Assistance Scheme. We
request you to kindly sanction us the subsidy as per eligibility and oblige. In case the subsidy is not
sanctioned, we shall make the payment to the Exhibitor directly for participation. Further, in case we
do not participate in the said exhibition, after sanction, we understand that our contribution paid to the
NSIC shall be forfeited.

Following documents required from Organizer

1) Brochure of exhibition mentioning amount of stall rental of minimum size.

2) Proforma Invoice in favour of “NSIC A/c Unit Name”.
3) Letter from the organizer stating the rate and minimum size of the stall (along with
discount, if any).
4) Organizer (Voluntary Organization(VD) Non-Government Organization(NGO)
Registration with NITI Aayog Darpan Portal and that Registration Number should be
mentioned in the event brochure/Profile/Invoice.
5) Organizer(Private): It should be Registered Company/Proprietary firm/Partnership
firm and having existence /Related business for the past three years. Certificate of
Incorporation/Registration documents, audited Balance sheet for last three
years/Certified by C.A., GSTIN Registration and mandate form from the Bank.
