these: coaches and referees. I have worked

companies in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

international level projects. I count with an

Operation Analyst 2017 - 2018

Analysis of the merchandise purchased and distributed to the 98 stores around the country. Taking into
account criteria such as: price point, quantities, sale projections, projection of merchandise management
and distribution projection by store.
Project Management 2014 - 2017
Power League PR
Management, planning, outlining and optimization of major projects in different sports disciplines
including volleyball, soccer, futsal, basketball, martial arts, track and golf. Responsible for the financial
control, development, projection and progress tracking of new sports events. Additionally, I oversee
researching and securing grants and sponsors for every season of the different disciplines. In the
volleyball events, approximately 800 teams from Puerto Rico, and other countries, participate during
each season. Power League PR is the official representative of the Amateur Athletics Union(AAU) in
Puerto Rico.
Executive Direction and Coaching 2008 - present
Jaguares Soccer Club
Responsible of the administrative area which include: hiring trainers, register of players, insurance
payment, nancial control and supervision of the Board of Directors, among other tasks. Also, I oversee
approximately 180 players, distributed between two disciplines: soccer and basketball. I have been in this
position for around 10 years. When tournaments are held, our eld is the headquarter of approximately
20-25 clubs.
Competition Director 2012 - 2014
"Liga Central de Fútbol"
Responsible of the central region of soccer in Puerto Rico. Among my tasks, I was in charge of the players
registry, the games schedule(its creation and supervision), the establishment of the regulation for the
teams participating in the league, and the control of expenses and pro ts of the association. Among
achievements we increased the number of participants in the league tournaments.

Member of a team in charge of the creation of an electronic platform for the Department of Education
of Puerto Rico directed for children with disabilities. I worked in the development of a manual for this
platform. Also, in the training about the program, in the creation of its curriculum, and in its
implementation at a national level and its projections at an international level.
