SPECIFIC COURSE INFORMATION

COURSE DESCRIPTION : The course deals with the study of pertinent Civil Code provisions as regards
partnership law and the special law on corporations. The Partnership Law deals with the nature of the
different forms of partnership a person may enter into with another, and the rights and obligations that may
arise therefrom. Likewise, the Law on Corporation will tackle relatively the same concepts. This aims to give
relevant knowledge and provide guidance for students of the course in their potential dealings with these
types of contracts and situations.
