The motion is made on the grounds that Plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment in their

17 favor as they have met their burden of showing that each element of the cause of action for unlawful

18 detainer has been proved, and that there is no defense thereto in that Plaintiff has shown the existence

of a landlord-tenant relationship, the Defendants wrongful occupation of the premises, proper service
20
of all required notices, and the Defendants default in the payment of rent. Thus there are no triable
21
issues of material fact and Plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.

23 This motion will be based on this notice and on the memorandum of points and authorities

24 served and filed herewith, on the declaration of ____________ and exhibits attached thereto, on all
