That on or about the 3rd day of October 2018, in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines and within the jurisdiction
of the Honorable court, the above-named accused ANTHONY GONZALES y BESINIO, with intent to abuse, degrade
and humiliate said complainant did and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously commit grave coercion and influence
upon the person of ANNA MARIE GERONA y MONTAÑA, 19 years of age, by then and there pointing a gun on her
while dancing naked which acts are prejudicial to the latters’ growth and development and thereby debased and
demeaned the intrinsic worth and dignity of said latter as a human being.

Prosecutor : Maaari mo bang ilahad ang mga inpormasyon tungkol sayo?

Beo : Opo, ako po si Mark Donald Beo, ____ taong gulang, isa po akong houseboy, na kasalukuyang
tumutuloy sa bahay ng aking amo.

Prosecutor : Mr. Beo, naaalala mo ba ang mga nangyare noong ika 3 ng Oktubre ng 2017?

Beo: Opo

Prosecutor: Mr. Beo, maaari mo bang iilahad sa hukumang ito ang nangyare noong ika - 3 ng Oktubre taong
2017?

Beo: Opo, nung gabi po ng October 3, nasa kalagitnaan na po ako ng aking pagtulog ng may marinig po akong
ingay. Bumangon po ako, nung pagbukas ko po ng pinto ng aking kwarto at akmang lalabas na, nakita ko po
ang aking amo ni si Sir Julius na nakaupo sa sofa, tapos po may hawak na baril, nakatutok po un sa kaibigan
ko na si Anna Marie, tapos po si Anna Marie, umiiyak na naghuhubad habang sumasayaw.

Prosecutor: Anong ginawa mo ng makita mo iyon?

Beo: Wala po, nanatili lang po ako sa pwesto ko, isinara ko po ng kaunti ung pinto, pinanunuod ko po sila.

Prosecutor: Anong nagyare pagkatapos?

Beo: Makalipas po ng ilang minuto, napansin ko po si Sir Julius na biglang napahinto, tapos po inutusan niya si
Anna Marie na tumigil na sa pag sayaw tas magbihis at matulog na

Prosecutor: Ano pang nangyare o anong ginawa mo?

Beo: Nung nakaakyat na po si Sir Julius, nilapitan ko po si Anna Marie, iyak parin po siya ng iyak, pinapatahan ko
po siya, sabi ko po na pumunta kami sa police para ireport po ung ginawa ng amo namin sa kanya, pero po
umiling lang siya habang nakatanaw sa kawalan, umiiyak parin ng umiiyak. Pinilit ko parin po siya, pero sabi
po niya wag daw. Sinabihan ko nalang po siya na magbihis na, tas magpahinga at matulog para kinabukasan
sasamahan ko siya sa police.

Prosecutor: Ano na ang ginawa mo matapos iyon?

Beo: Iniwan ko na po si Anna Marie sa sala, dumiretso na po ako sa aking kwarto at natulog na. Tapos po nung
madaling araw, ginising ko po si Anna Marie, dun po napilit ko na talaga siya na pumunta kami sa police at
magreport.

Prosecutor: Mr. Beo, narito ba sa loob ng hukuman na ito ang sinasabi mong amo mo na si Julius? Kung narito
siya, maaari mo ba siyang ituro?

Defense: Sinabi mo rin sa hukuman na ito na nakita mo ang ginawang pagpapasayaw ng aking kliyente sa
kaibigan mong si Anna Marie, tama?

Beo: Opo

Defense: Kung ganon, bakit hindi mo pinigilan si Julius? O bakit wala kang ginawa at nanuod ka lang?

Beo: Natakot po ako, kaya wala po akong ginawa. Kase po may hawak po siyang baril, natakot po akong baka
pag nangialam ako, ay barilin niya ako o si Anna Marie. Natakot po talaga ako, at dahil lasing rin po si Sir Julius
noon.

Defense: Hindi kaya ikaw ay gumagawa lamang ng kwento para madiin ang aking kliyente? Baka ikaw ay may
itinatagong galit sa amo mo?

Beo: Hindi po, totoo po ang aking sinasabi sir, hindi po ako gumagawa ng kwento. Wala rin po akong itinatagong
galit sa aking amo. Sa totoo lang po, si Sir Julius ay napakabait na amo, dahil kami po ay itinuring niyang
parang totoong pamilya. Kaya hindi po ako makapaniwala sa aking nasaksihan noong gabing iyon.

Defense: Mr. Beo, nanggaling sa iyo na mabuting amo si Julius, ngunit bakit inaakusahan niyo siya ng
pambabastos?

Beo: Sir, totoo po na hindi ko inaasahan ung pangyayari na iyon, pero totoo po na ginawa po ion ni Sir Julius kay

Arguta: Opo, ako po si Edmar Arguta, ____ taong gulang, isa po akong driver, na kasalukuyang tumutuloy sa
bahay ng aking amo.

Prosecutor: Mr. Arguta, naaalala mo ba ang mga nangyare noong gabi ng ika 3 ng Oktubre ng 2017?

Arguta: Noong mga 11:30 ng gabi, sinundo ko po ang aking amo na si Sir Julius Gonzales sa may BGC, galing
po siya sa isang inuman noon. Mga 11:45 ng gabi na po kami nakarating sa bahay noon. Nung pagdating po
namin, pumasok na po si Sir Julius sa loob. Ako po dumiretso sa aking kwarto para magpunas at magbihis.
Siguro po lima hanggang sampung minuto po un. Pagkatapos po bumalik ako sa sasakyan para kunin ung
mga gamit ni sir Julius at para dalhin ito sa kwarto nila Sir. Nung pagkapasok ko po ng bahay, nakita ko po si
Anna Marie na nakahubad na nakapatong ung damit sa katawan, habang nakaupo sa sofa habag umiiyak.

Prosecutor: Anong ginawa mo nung nakita mo iyon?
