 Conducted qualitative health policy research and analysis on the following topics: health equity,
oral health, healthy child development, social determinants of health, behavioral health, coverage,
and payment and care delivery models for policymakers
 Led and assisted with the planning and execution of reports, issue briefs, blogs, webinars, policy
memos to inform policymakers of policy solutions and best practices
 Conducted phone and in-person key informant phone, focus groups, and in-person meetings in
order to gain candid insights from policymakers on state health policy needs
 Led planning for in-person meetings and webinars: identified and worked with speakers to
develop content materials; commanded logistics for in-person meetings; plans sessions for the
National Academy for State Health Policy’s health policy conferences
 Co-wrote grant proposals and reports for funders to expand NASHP’s project portfolio

inform policy analysis for internal and external audiences
