On December 13, 2018 I tried to go into the World Bank for my 11 AM meeting. I called the
Human Resources phone number I was given (202 473 2222) when I made the appointment.
The same person whom I spoke with when I made the appointment answered my call. I have
that person's ID badge number. I had an hour phone conversation with that person when I
made the appointment, and a 45 minute conversation with them on December 13th . They
know that they are caught in the middle of a battle between all of humanity and the Banking
Cartel and that the bloodline families in the Black Nobility who are directing the Banking
Cartel date from at least 9200 BC, if not earlier. I gave the person in the World Bank's
Human Resources Department the same reference number that they gave to me when I
booked my appointment with the World Bank: 31477429. (Because of the Banking Cartel's
hackers in my PC, I have had to retype and correct this number several times) I have already
described in the teleprompter for the DCTV segment that I prerecorded on December 11,
2018 (to be broadcast on January 1, 2019) this confrontation between the critical mass of
humanity and the Banksters.

today right in the middle. One milestone that I am working on is my admittance to the
World Bank. I had a long talk with the World Bank's Human Resources Department on

badge. The Banking Cartel does not run the World Bank and IMF; they do not
administer the world's wealth either.

The staffperson started our conversation by saying that the meeting was cancelled because I
was not allowed back into the World Bank. I said that there was nobodysenior enough that
had the authority to deny me access. The HR staffperson said that they had put the
responsibility for responding to me with management in the World Bank secretariat. There
are a number of administrative issues concerning my medical insurance. The World Bank is
not dealing properly with my medical claims. The World Bank has to acknowledge that they
are the ultimate insurers responsible for my medical claims.

Our telephone conversation was cordial and lasted for about 45 minutes. The conversation
was interrupted after 45 minutes. It was not clear whether I was hung up on, or the line was
cut. I did not call back, because we had agreed before the call was interrupted that there
were unresolved matters and that I would remain in contact with the World Bank about
these unresolved issues.

This employee has told the HR Department that the employee does not have the authority to
decide any of the issues that I have raised. The principal outstanding matter involves the
Global Debt Facility and the World Bank's Financial Statements. I said that the
administration of the Global Debt Facility was the reason that the Bretton Woods institutions
were established at the end of WWII. ("Breton Woods institutions" is another name for the
World Bank and IMF).
Most of my conversation with the World Bank's Human Resources Department was devoted
to the fact that there is no authority to deny my admission to headquarters. The persons I am
dealing with are not senior to the Board of Governors, and I am speaking for the Board of
Governors. The person whom I spoke to did not deny that I am speaking for the Board of
Governors.
[I have had to type the reference number for my meeting several times. The Banking Cartel
has hacked into my PC . I can usually correct these problems with my PC after repeated
attempts. This is because there are hackers in my PC who remove the blocks that the Banking
Cartel's hackers place to prevent my correcting the problems. I frequently have to reboot my
PC in order to remove the blocks on my PC ]
I asked HR's employee who thought that it was acceptable to cancel my meeting when there
were unresolved issues, including a dispute about the Global Debt Facility containing the
world's wealth. The Global Debt Facility was the reason that the World Bank and IMF were
established. I did not accept that the World Bank had authority to deny my entry. The World
Bank's Department which Prints Identification Badges made this decision. I said that the
Board of Governors run the World Bank and not the Security Department. I said that there
was a dispute and that this dispute remained unresolved.
This is my update about where I think things stand in the battle with the Banksters and the
bloodline families who direct the Banksters. The World Bank's Secretariat has been
corrupted. I wear various hats in this battle. The ultimate authority is We the people. It is
necessary for the people who understand about the corruption that is coming from the
world's currency to help the rest of the people to see our reality.

I have to rewrite the description of my two most important functions as Overseer
Mandate Trustee of the Global Debt Facility and as Acting General Counsel of the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The IBRD is the oldest part of
the World Bank. The Banking Cartel's hackers in my PC deleted what I wrote. This is
actually helpful, as I can make my points better the second time around.

I tell people what is going on. Many people contact me, both from the Banking Cartel,
and from the Coalition of people fighting the Banksters. This includes the military powers of
the world, minus the brass (I also call the Coalition the "Critical Mass" because reality
depends on what a critical mass of people think, and our thoughts are "processed" as a group.

I represent the US on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and speak for the
Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund so long as
the Banksters have replaced the legitimate government of the US with a corrupt
company and bankrupted the Federal Government. In the interim, the US remains
in interregnum, with no legitimate government. This is going to last until a
legitimate government is restored. I will delay decisions that can be delayed until
the villages and towns have cleaned up a lot of the corruption. We the people are
going to go back over the interim decisions after we have restored a legitimate
government and decentralized. When it is clear that people do not want for certain
matters to be delayed, such as returning the titles to property that were stolen from
them, I will consult with them to find out how they want this to be done. I have raised
this issue in my social media already after a sock puppet on YouTube asked this
question.

Donald Trump is a treasonous charlatan. I have bankrupted Donald Trump under a

commercial lien because he could not respond to my affidavit that he was harming me
and the rest of the world's people with his masquerade. The chances are greater than 90% that
the Banking Cartel and the people who are duped by the Banking Cartel ultimately accept reality
and realize that the Banking Cartel is lying to them.

I reassure people that our chances of victory remain between 90-95%, according to the
National War College's Power Transition Model.

As Overseer Mandate Trustee, I invalidate the Banking Cartel's attempts to steal

the world's assets in the Global Debt Facility and remind them of the Statute of
Limitations. The deadline of 50 years for anyone to prove their case that they
have any right to these assets has long passed. The world's assets remain in the
Global Debt Facility, the way José Rizal and Ferdinand Marcos intended when
these assets were deposited with the World Bank and International Monetary
Fund's Board of Governors on January 3, 1949.

We are now winding down the bankrupt Banking Cartel. The Banking Cartel owes us over $2
quadrillion dollars from the bonds that were issued between WWI and WWII to buy the world's

gold The interest on these bonds has been compounding. Country debt is offset against this $2
quadrillion in bonds held by the Global Debt Facility. I have recorded the Banksters' debt with the
Secretaries of State of the states in which the Federal Reserve Bank is located. I have lodged a
notarial protest with Bishar A. Hussein, the Director General of the International Bureau of the
Universal Postal Union. The Federal Reserve Bank moved to Chicago when the Secretary of State
in Illinois tried to invalidate my lien against the Federal Reserve in Illinois. The Board of
Governors of the World Bank and IMF told Jesse White that he was out of line.

I bankrupted Jesse White under a commercial lien. Jesse White sent me a threat that I would be
arrested by Interpol if I did not withdraw the UCC-1 filing for the commercial lien that bankrupted

bankrupted him, Christine Lagarde, and Barack Obama remained valid. Meanwhile, I am not
arrested by Interpol.

The people who are preventing me from entering the World Bank are corrupt and have no right to
do this. The four companies that own the Federal Reserve (BlackRock, Fidelity, State Street and
Vanguard) and the firm that employs the World Bank's security guards, Allied Barton, are all being
wound down in the Global Debt Facility. The Global Debt Facility contains the world's wealth.

that it was China's representative at the World Bank who had called me. Meanwhile, here is
the email that I sent to Mr. Wang Ling following his call to me. The Banking Cartel tried to
interfere while I was writing this, and that is the reason for the yellow background. I called

I told the World Bank that some of the employees in the Secretariat who are responsible for
preventing my admission to the World Bank, and are interfering with the Global Currency
Reset that has been agreed by the Board of Governors of the World Bank since the Spring and
Annual Meetings of 2014, had broken the World Bank's Articles. I said that these persons
were now fired. I read the staff member the names of those officials, and am putting the
names at the end of this tweet. It was when I said that the Power Transition Model from the
US National War College was predicting, with 90-95% certainty, that the outstanding issues
