1. Subscriptions that have expired cannot be reactivated or restarted—to use the software,
simply purchase a new subscription.
有効期限が切れたサブスクリプションを再度アクティブ化または再起動することはできません。ソフトウェ

a. If purchased online from Autodesk

オートデスクからオンラインで購入した場合

Simply sign in to your Autodesk Account and verify your auto-renew is set to on
and your payment method is current.
オートデスクアカウントにサインインして、自動更新が有効になっており、お支払い方法が最新の
ものであることを確認してください。

b. If purchased from Autodesk sales representative

Autodesk 販売代理店から購入された場合

Prior to expiration, renewal reminders will be emailed to your Contract

Manager as these subscriptions are not automatically renewed.
有効期限が切れる前に、更新通知は自動的に更新されないため、契約マネージャーに電子メ
ールで送信されます。

At renewal time, talk to your sales representative about options to change seat
count, align billing on multiple subscriptions, or upgrade your software. You
can upgrade to an industry collection or to the new AutoCAD with specialized
toolsets.
更新時には、座席数を変更するオプション、複数の契約の請求を調整するオプション、ソフト
ウェアをアップグレードするオプションについて、営業担当者に相談してください。 特殊なツールセ
ットを使用して業界のコレクションまたは新しい AutoCAD にアップグレードできます。

c. If purchased from Autodesk Reseller

Autodesk Reseller から購入した場合
