3 Having considered the parties’ Joint Notice of Settlement, the Court, finding
4 good cause, hereby ORDERS as follows:
5 1. The Court continues the pretrial conference to Monday, February 4,
6 2019 @ 9:00 a.m. and trial to Tuesday, February 12, 2019 @ 9 a.m..
7 2. A Order to Show Cause hearing re dismissal is set in this matter for
8 Monday, January 7, 2019 @ 8:30 a.m. The parties shall file a joint
9 status report by 1/3/19. If a notice of dismissal of the entire action
10 with prejudice is filed in this action before the status conference, all
11 hearings shall be automatically VACATED and TAKEN OFF
12 CALENDAR by the clerk.
13 Additionally, the hearing on all pending motions in limine are continued to
14 Tuesday, February 12, 2019 @ 8:30 a.m.
