To whom it may concern

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to inform you that my class, Tobago Young Musical Pioneers, will be embarking
on a mission to host a talent show competition that will be held on August 26th 2018, at
the Fairfield Cultural complex, Bacolet Tobago at 5pm sharp.

As a result of this I kindly request you to sponsor our show with the sum of six hundred
dollars ($600.00) for the prizes in this competition. This is to assist some of the young
people in purchasing some of their school supplies for the upcoming school year. I look
forward to a favorable response for this request on this upcoming event.
