5. Problem Description:
Windows 10 OS run slowly or freeze. When open Task Manager, Disk Usage shows at 100%.

6. Solution for Repair Center:

Because Windows 10 and pre-install McAfee will automatically update and this will cause HDD
usage at 100%. So please manually do Windows Update and McAfee update. (Note: When
manually do update, please do not run other program)
1. Please open confirm OS is Windows 10, HDD is mechanical hard disk and HDD 100%
usage maintain for about 10 minutes(open Task Manager then click Performance to see Disk
usage status).
2. Please plug adapter and let unit connect Internet, then open ‘Control Panel>Power
Option>Choose when to turn off the display’ click set ‘Put the computer to sleep’ to Never
under Power Plan Settings

3. Please open ‘All settings > System > About’ to confirm Windows 10 version is 1703.

If not, please enter ‘All settings > Update & security’ to do Windows Update and update
system version then restart unit after update finished.

4. If your unit pre-install McAfee, please right click McAfee icon (at the right bottom corner) then click
check for update.

5. After finish these steps, please restart unit.
