and take back the registered documents.
My attorney and attend and prosecute cases on my behalf in all the courts and departments without and exception. He/She
can engage pleader or advocate or special power of attorney for the prosecution of the cases. He/She can excute any
Vakalatname or can file certificate or Mukhtiar Nama or file a suit for ejectment or notice of ejectment.He/She can get
issued warrant or attachment in the execution of a decree. He/She can file an objection petition in any suit or file a written
statement or put in an application for summoning witness and can produce in court any document or copy by way of proof.
He/She can affect any compromise and verify any pleadings and sign the same. He/She can also file an appeal against the
judgement of the lower court upto highest court or defend any appeal which may be filed against me. He/She can execute an
affidavit, application, statement on my behalf.He.She can appear before the Sub Registrar or Registrar concerned. He/She
can purchase stamp papers for the registration of any deed or refund the same.

In short all the acts and deeds done by my said attorney will be binding upon me as all have done by me personally.
