December 31, 2018, within the County of Franklin aforesaid, in violation of section 2911.02 of the
Ohio Revised Code, did, in attempting or committing a theft offense upon Huntington National Bank
or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense, inflict, attempt to inflict, or threaten to inflict
physical harm on another, Joyce Fout.

Ohio Revised Code, did, in attempting or committing a theft offense upon Huntington National Bank

Revised Code, did, in attempting or committing a theft offense upon Chase Bank or in fleeing
immediately after the attempt or offense, inflict, attempt to inflict, or threaten to inflict physical harm
on another, Jose Gonzalez.

immediately after the attempt or offense, use or threaten the immediate use of force against another,

The Jurors of the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio, duly selected, impaneled, sworn and charged to
inquire of crimes and offenses committed within the body of Franklin County, in the State of Ohio,
upon their oath do find and present that Anthony Wayne Collier late of said County, on or about
January 2, 2019, within the County of Franklin aforesaid, in violation of section 2911.02 of the Ohio
Revised Code, did, in attempting or committing a theft offense upon PNC Bank or in fleeing
immediately after the attempt or offense, inflict, attempt to inflict, or threaten to inflict physical harm
on another, Malcom Myers.
Further, the offense is an offense of violence that is a felony of the second degree, and involved an
attempt to cause or a threat to cause serious physical harm to a person, or resulted in serious physical
harm to a person.
SPECIFICATION ONE TO COUNT FIVE - Repeat Violent Offender Specification, "RVO" -
Multiple Convictions, §2941.149(A)
The Grand Jurors further find and specify that Anthony Wayne Collier is a repeat violent offender as
defined in section 2929.01 of the Ohio Revised Code in that the instant offense involved committing,
complicity in committing, or an attempt to commit an offense under an existing or former law of this
state, another state, or the United States that is or was substantially equivalent to aggravated murder,
murder, a felony of the first or second degree that is an offense of violence, and the said Anthony
Wayne Collier previously was convicted of or pleaded guilty to an offense that involved committing,
complicity in committing, or an attempt to commit an offense under an existing or former law of this
state, another state, or the United States that is or was substantially equivalent to aggravated murder,
murder, a felony of the first or second degree that is an offense of violence, to wit: on or about May
24, 2000, in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas General Division, Summit County, Ohio,
Anthony Wayne Collier was convicted of or pleaded guilty to Robbery in violation of 2911.02 and/or
on or about March 30, 1987, in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas General Division,
Summit County, Ohio, Anthony Wayne Collier was convicted of or pleaded guilty to Robbery in
violation of 2911.02.

January 3, 2019, within the County of Franklin aforesaid, in violation of section 2911.02 of the Ohio
Revised Code, did, in attempting or committing a theft offense upon Chase Bank or in fleeing
immediately after the attempt or offense, inflict, attempt to inflict, or threaten to inflict physical harm
on another, Crystal Gessells.
Further, the offense is an offense of violence that is a felony of the second degree, and involved an
attempt to cause or a threat to cause serious physical harm to a person, or resulted in serious physical
harm to a person.
SPECIFICATION ONE TO COUNT SEVEN - Repeat Violent Offender Specification, "RVO" -
