PRODUCTION LINE
This production line is available in large amount automatic
production, which can produce corrugated paperboard
correspond to national standard with high quality, and adopted
concentrated control, operated and repaired easily, safely,
reliable, reducing manpower, This production line adopts
international energy saving technology with oil heating, which
can saving 40 percent energy than steam heating, So this can
reduce costs effectively. It's an economical production in big,
middle paperboard company.
The production line consists of the Mill Roll Stand, liner(
medium paper ) Pre-heater, Single facer machine, Conveyor
bridge, Gluing Machine, Double facer machine, Slitter Scorer,
Cut-off, Conveyer and Stacker, Heating System, Air
compression system and Glue Making System and so on..
On the base of understanding the requirements of the
customers and the advanced, our company has developed and
designed these production lines with the speed 60-220m/min,
the paper with 1400-2200mm and A,B,C,E UV ute production
line can be designed as per customers requirement.
