Benefits

Overall protection

The NBC Master 8X90 protects emergency action teams against liquid and gaseous chemicals as well as
against NBC warfare agents. The independent breathing apparatus is worn over the protective suit.

Proven quality

The NBC Master 8X90 is approved for use in accordance with EN 943:2002 Part 1 (industrial use) and 2
(use by rescue workers) as well as acc. to vfdb Directive 08/01:2002-11.

Individual labeling

At request, the suit can be labeled individually confirming to specifications.

Chemical-resistant material

The suit is made of the multi-coated elastomer Himex M, which is developed by Dräger Safety. This material is
characterized by a high degree of chemical and mechanical resistance, protects against flames and evidentially
offers protection against chemical warfare agents.

Various equipment

The chemical protection suit is available in olive-green with or without ventilation system and accessories for
external air supply.

Easily replaceable

The chemical protective gloves and the safety boots are absolutely impermeable to chemicals, but easily
replaceable while connected with the suit.

System Components

Dräger PAS® ASV

The Dräger Automatic Switch over Valve (PAS® ASV) enables the user
to connect compressed air breathing apparatus to an external air supply,
such as a factory ring main, and be safe in the knowledge that if the
external supply were to fail, there would be a safe and uninterrupted
transition to the wearer’s back-up air supply.

Designed especially for tough missions: The Dräger PSS® BG 4 plus

closed circuit breathing apparatus combines uncompromising safety
with the highest level of breathing and carrying comfort. The positive
pressure unit supplies the wearer with up to four hours of breathing air,
even in toxic atmospheres.
