LETTER OF PROTEST
Dear Director,

Greetings!

This is in reference to an Approved Survey Plan of Lot 234, Cad. 275 situated at
Lubo, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur as Surveyed for KENT GUTIEREZ, ET. AL., Csd-112412-
023200-D pursuant to Survey Authority No. (XI-4A)1712 dated June 8, 2018 issued
by the CENRO Officer, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

In said survey Plan, another person in the name of Luzviminda G. Sacasan claimed
and was listed as the claimant of a subdivided portion identified as Lot 234-A
without my consent and knowledge considering that I am the true, real and
absolute owner and actual possessor of said Lot No. 234-A pursuant to Tax
Declaration of Property No. B-08-0001-00319. A copy of the Tax Declaration is
hereto attached as Annex “A”.

Lot 234-A was never transferred to anybody nor did I waive my rights over said
parcel of Land in favor of Luzviminda G. Sacasan in any given time.

In view of the forgoing, I am registering my PROTEST for the said Application of


Registration over Lot 234-A filed by Luzviminda G. Sacasan before your Office and
the DEMAND the amendment of the approved survey plan in order to include my
name as the true and actual claimant of said Lot 234-A.

Such processing and issuance of this title in favor of Luzviminda G. Sacasan must
not be entertained by your Office pending this protest, hence upholding my
absolute ownership or claim over the parcel of land involved in this controversy.

Further, Luzviminda G. Sacasan must not be allowed to process and register the
above- mentioned parcels of land in their name prior the pendency of an Order
of Finality and Execution from the Decision of the Protest. Thus, I am requesting
your Office to REGISTER MY PROTEST on the Application of Registration pending
before your Office.

I am executing this letter Protest for all legal intents and purposes it may serve and
to apprise you of the true foregoing facts.
