Linhid and Harmony company was founded as a limited liability company that deals
with the sale of souvenirs and natural cosmetics. To initiate activities founders
provide their own investment of 300.000 den. Lihnid and Harmony DOO was created
in December and represents one of the first market of virtual companies in a company
that exists today updated successfully. Lihnid and Harmony offers an wide
assortment of souvenirs famous Ohrid and natural cosmetics.

Commercial and harmoni linhid company was founded as a limited liability company
that deals with the sale of souvenirs and natural cosmetics. Activities performed in the
school office. From the beginning of it’s working, this company sells souvenirs which
are motives from the city of Ohrid and cosmetics based in honey and milk. Our goal
for which we decided to work with this business is that we presented to the city of
Ohrid and all its traditions and custom signs.

The idea of Lihnid & Harmony is to expand the range of sales with new kinds of
souvenirs and products. For this is necessary:

1.1 Product description :
Copmany deals with sale of souvenirs and natural cosmetics. We will will be oriented
to the sale of individual souvenirs(asthray,dolls,plates,birds…etc) and also cosmetics
( face cream, cream against wrinkles cellulite cream).

1.2 Comparing the product with the competition


Seeing that in our market we are outstanding by souvenirs with motive of Ohrid and
natural cosmetics based on honey, we have a great advantage in the market in terms of
sales without a large impact on the established goals.

1.3Location
We have an office on the street “Mite Bogoeski” in the center of Ohrid. The facility
is located near the municipal building.

We cover the area of the Republic and outside Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro.

1.5 Major customers


Our customers are individuals and all ages as well as legal persons who buy our
products for different purposes.

Tendency of the total demand notice rise due to the dynamic and modern living,
reducing prices, favorable conditions of sale and fashion trends.

Based on marketing research in this area appear small competitors who sell the same
kind of product with equal quality. We believe that the market may submit another
entity and that we can participate with 15% to satisfy the total demand.

Our agents who are producers of souvenirs and cosmetics allow us our sales prices to
be available for purchase giving us rebate.

1.9 Measures to promote
In the beginning we will apply propaganda activity using the promotional mix.
Advertise on local television, print promotional materials (catalogs, flyers, pens, etc.),
personal selling, fast and courteous service by employees. Periodically, we plan to
approve discounts during the holidays and when we need to release of unnecessary
inventory.

1.10 Marketing Strategy


We will present market through fair presentation. Once we start working we believe
that our demand will increase because of the quality of our goods.

1.11 Cost of marketing


Promotional costs for local television we predict to spend 8000 den per year, for
advertisers papers 4500, for catalog 1000 den, for 3000 business cards, for pens 3500,
for calendars 4500, lighters 3000, key rings for 3700, for flashing ad 9500 den while
the rest does not cause the making of expenditures. These costs are greatest in the first
month and during holidays.

2.1 Office space – Building
“Lihnid and Harmony” perform activities in their own office space of 100 on street
Mite Bogoeski. The office space consists of a sales facility, warehouse and offices.
All these objects are in our possession and no further costs for them.

2.2 Selling process


Activities of the company consists of procurement, storage and sale of souvenirs and
natural cosmetics. We cover the area of Ohrid, where there is suitable infrastructure
that allows travel time and transportation costs to be reduced to a minimum.

2.3 Required labor


The company employs 10 persons: manager, lawyer, expert on promotion, web
designer, commercial officer for purchase, commercial officer for sales, field

commercial officer, accountant. In idnisna plan to vrabotime 3 more new faces.
Employees engage in throughout the year with an approved annual leave.
