NOTICE INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

FOR

Mitigation & Control of Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) at Offshore Platform of

ONGC, Mumbai High Asset.

1. Objective:
Mumbai High Asset, Mumbai Region, intends to hire services for mitigation &
control of H2S in the various Oil & Gas flow lines at NQO Offshore Process Platform
and Well Head Platforms on complete package basis for field trial for a period
of ------ months (to be finalized after EOI meeting).

2. Scope of Work:

i. To deploy suitable H2S scavenging system for NQO Process Platform/ Well
Platforms. In the first stage, the service provider will conduct field assessment,
selection of suitable scavenger injection points & preliminary test prior to start of
field trial.
ii. To arrange and provide the complete treatment system including high pressure
pumps, dosing tanks and other equipments along with requisite manpower for
dosing, monitoring and evaluation.
iii. To bring down the H2S in the flow lines/ gas lines from the existing level to -------
ppm (to be freezed after EOI meeting). However, the desirable limit is ≤10 ppm.
The monitoring of the inlet and outlet ppm of H2S will be done jointly by ONGC
and vendor. The existing and desirable H2S ppm is as under:

iv. The persons deployed by the service provider should be medically fit for work in
offshore environment, have cotton working dress, safety shoes, helmets, cotton
hand gloves, safety goggles etc.
v. Must have undergone training on Helicopter Underwater Evacuation Training
(HUET), Survival at Sea and Safety, First aid, Fire Fighting and Prevention.
3. ONGC to provide:

i. Logistic support for transportation of material and manpower to & fro from
ONGC Nhava Supply Base/ Juhu Helibase.
ii. Storage space and Power facilities.
iii. Boarding & Lodging at the offshore platforms for personnel deployed.
iv. The contractor will be allowed to take back all the equpments after the
contractual period.

4. Date and place of submission of Expression of Interest:

Interested service providers are expected to provide and make a presentation on the
details of their technology (ies)/ facilities including but not limited to:

I. Technical details & detailed methodology of operations.

II. Technical expertise/ Past experience.
III. Road map for execution with schedule.
IV. Health, safety & environment policies.
V. Any other information/ suggestions relevant to successful execution of
the job etc.

5. EOI Meet:

Interested Vendors are requested to send their willingness for participation

in the EOI meet through letter/e-mail latest mentioning the name of
company, name, designation and contact details of the contact person for
further communication along with a copy of presentation/document
bringing out the details as explained above latest by 06.02.2019 to Shri
