Overview of ENAC’s Policy Development Process

ENAC’s approach to policy development, as is illustrated below, is unique in its inclusiveness, in that allows for social and
political collaboration at the national level between ethnic armed organizations (EAOs), ethnic political parties (EPPs), civil
society organizations (CSOs), and community-based organizations (CBOs).

The resulting policy recommendations are intended to contribute to the peace process’s political negotiations.
