The Highland Area Chamber of Commerce has set 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, as its 21st annual Discover Highland Night. The event invites local businesses, residents and costumed trick- or-treaters to the Lowe's parking lot, 27847 Greenspot Road, for an evening of community and entertainment.
