VICE-CHAIR:
Diane H. Sorensen Dear Mr. Schwob:
Lawyer Member
The Commission on Judicial Qualifications considers and investigates
Bradley E. Ambrosier
Judge Member complaints of alleged unethical conduct of state court judges under the Code of Judicial
Conduct. The powers of the Commission are not the same as those of an appellate
Allen G. Glendenning court. The Commission has no jurisdiction to consider legal issues or matters which
Lawyer Member involve the judicial discretion of a judge in deciding a case. Those decisions must be
appealed to a higher court if errors are thought to have occurred.
LaITYD. Hendricks

The above-captioned complaint will, however, be referred to the Commission
Rosemary Kolich, S.c.L. and will be placed on the Commission's March 1,2019, meeting agenda for review of
Non-Lawyer Member any potential ethical violations.
Susan Lynn
Non-Lawyer Member The Disciplinary Administrator's Office reviews complaints against
attorneys. If you wish to file a complaint against an attorney, you will need to contact
their office. Enclosed is a brochure regarding complaints about lawyer services.
