Manufacturing Control
Manufacturing control requires a combination
of functions found in MES and in process
control systems. To reduce integration costs
and reduce data errors, Honeywell tightly
integrates POMSnet with the Experion®
Process Knowledge System (PKS) to
uniquely deliver these capabilities in a single
scalable, secure and compliant solution.
Scalability: The scalability of Honeywell’s
manufacturing automation solutions
allows for applications from pilot plants to
large-scale commercial operations. Our
patented Distributed System Architecture
(DSA) allows multiple systems to operate
as one system without duplication of
engineering efforts.
Compliance: Honeywell solutions are
designed to facilitate validation and reduce

included for system self-documentation,
electronic change management of control
configurations, 21 CFR part 11 compliance
and enforcement and verification of operating
