Comes Now, Daton Degnide in Federal proceedings and pursuant to the United
States Code 18 U.S 1509 Obstruction of Court Orders, and the Indirect Contempt
of Court. Moves this Honorable Court to; Dismiss the Superseding Indictment and

STATEMENT OF FACTS
1). On or about December 8, 2017, the Court entered an Order upon the record.
2). Mr. Degnide filed his Objection to the Audio Transcripts intended to be use
at Trial on or about December 18, 2017 and delivered upon the parties.
3). On or about December 22, 2017 Mr. Degnide attempted to meet face to face
4). At the prescribed meeting the Attorney for the Government failed to attend,
and therefore, Mr. Degnide left the office without resolution of the

5). Mr. Degnide contends that his Fifth Amendment right had been violated
when he had been denied his right to a face to face meeting discussing area
6). The Attorney for the Government violated Title18 U.S 1509 Obstruction of
Court Orders and indirect Contempt of Court when failing to obey a Court
Order.
7). Due to the willful disregard to the Court Order by the Attorney for the
infraction by the Attorney for the Government, Mr, Degnide wishes to move
