3. Speak English well
4. No resign after registration
5. Each team prepare the material for making the mockup with maximum cost is IDR 70.000
(attached with breakdown mockup cost)

B. Case Drilling Operation:

Abadi Oil and Gas field in Masela block arufu oceans, Indonesia. Water depth: 984 ft – 3.281 ft ;
Reservoir depth : 3700 ft – 3900 ft ; Waves height ± 2 – 8 meters ; Wind velocity ± 30 knots. And
surface ocean temperature: 80 F – 86 F. This field has reserve of reservoir gas in 10 triliun ft3.

Challenges probably occurred:

 Shallow gas and hydrogen sulfide bearing zone
 Caving shale problems
 Environmental problems
 Pipe sticking
 Loss circulation
 Hole deviation
 Mud contamination
 Producing formation damage
 Equipment and Personnel related problems

D. Team Categories
1. Each team must consist of
Designer
Explanator
Calculation
Innovator
Builder
2. Name and Logo must be present
3. Team member can be from different grades

E. Blueprint and PE categories

1. Each team must prepare The Project Explanation (PE)
2. Project Explanation (PE) must be original
 3. PE soft file and hardfile must be collected to committee based on the time determined
with tittle format (NAME OF TEAM_INORDCOMPE_ NAME OF ELDER TEAM_ TEAM
CONTACT)
4. Team are allowed to develop their own PE without changing or repeating all the section
of it
5. Project Explanation must be cleared, precised, creative and innovative

F. Presentation Categories
1. Presentation must be original by the team
2. Presentation soft file must be collected to committee based on the time determined
with tittle format (NAME OF TEAM_INORDCOMPPT_ NAME OF ELDER TEAM_ TEAM
CONTACT)
3. Presentation must be cleared, precised, creative and innovative
4. Time to present each team presentation given by committee is 10 minutes for
presentation and 20 minutes for QnA
5. Team are allowed to bring properties or something else to make presentation as
creative as possible
6. Dress code must be orderly and semi-formal
7. Team are allowed to use laptop prepared by committee or their own
8. The section will be held as closed presentation
9. Each team representations are allowed to see another team presentation section
without leaving from the room until the end of event

G. Mockup Categories
1. Making the mockup based on the time determined
2. Every team personnel must be present
3. Mockup must be suitable to PE and Blueprint
4. Mockup must be able to float
5. The team name must be present
6. The ORD mockup must be as creative as possible using the materials given by
committee such as: Styrofoam, wood, PVC pipe, Paper and Plastics
7. The ORD mockup dimensions, with length and width: 50 x 50 cm ; pontoon length from
above to upper tower maximum 100 cm
8. Each team are allowed to bring additional tools and materials supporting, with no
measured material

H. Assessment points
1. The assessment will be given to every personnel with their own division in team by
assessment team or judges determined
2. No quota in each team
3. No quota in each grade
4. The assessment will be given as legal as possible with honesty based on individual
capability
5. The best assessment given to each personnel will be the next ORD team in PEM
akamigas

I. Note for attention

1. Every team and their personnel must follow all the rules and determination given
2. Every team and their personnel not allowed to make dishonest with all reasons
3. Every team and their personnel not allowed to give hoax news or another irresponsible
information probably causing unreadiness of another team
 4. Every team and their personnel not allowed to make bad influence to the judges such as
persuasion, bribe, or another irresponsible act with all reasons
5. Every team and their personnel have to present on time and follow all the series of
event prepared
6. Every team and their personnel who caught doing fouls or another not feasible act will
be punished or disqualified

All the rules and determination above is valid and no inviolable
