ESTA BATERIA SE COMPONE DE CUATRO PRUEBAS QUE EVALUAN LO SIGUIENTE: TAVI: RECEPCION AUDITIVA DEL LENGUAJE ORAL RETENCION VERBAL INMEDIATA COMPRENSION ORAL DE ORACIONES DE ESTRUCTURA SIMPLE ATENCION DE CORTO TIEMPO A ESTIMULOS VERBALES VERBALIZACION DE UNA RESPUESTA 3S ABSTRACCION VERBAL DETERMINACION DE RELACIONES DE SEMEJANZA RECONOCIMIENTO DE VOCABULARIO CAT-V DETERMINACION DE CATEGORIAS VERBALES ASOCIACION DE CONCEPTOS PERTENECIENTES A UNA MISMA CATEGORIA NOMINACION DE ELEMENTOS A PARTIR DE LA CATEGORIA VERBAL DE LA PALABRA INDUCTORA NIVEL DE ABSTRACCION VERBAL s-V ATENCION VERBAL RECEPCION Y COMPRENSION DE ORACIONES RETENCION VERBAL DE SERIES CON SIGNIFICADO PERCEPCION DE SECUENCIAS LAS PRUEBAS TESTS DE CATEGORIZACION Y ABSTRACCION (CAT-V Y 3-S) EVALUAN PROCESOS VERBALES DE MAYOR NIVEL DE ABSTRACCION QUE REQUIEREN UN PROCESAMIENTO ACTIVO POR PARTE DEL SUJETO. LA DIFERENCIA ENTRE ELLOS CONSISTE EN QUE, SI BIEN EN AMBOS EL SUJETO DEBE DETERMINAR CUAL ES EL ELEMENTO COMUN QUE HAY ENTRE VARIAS PALABRAS, EN 3-S DEBE ENCONTRAR Y VERBALIZAR LA SEMEJANZA ENTRE ELLOS, EN CAMBIO EN CAT-V HAY QUE AGREGAR NOMBRES DE OTROS DIFERENTES PERO PERTENECIENTES A LA MISMA CATEGORIA DEL TERMINO INDUCTOR. EN 3-S SE ABSTRAEN Y VERBALIZAN LOS CONCEPTOS COMUNES A LOS OBJETOS O SITUACIONES ENUNCIADAS Y EN CAT-V SE PIDE AL SUJETO QUE EL MISMO NOMBRE OTROS TERMINOS DE CATEGORIA EQUIVALENTE QUE EVOQUE. LAS PRUEBAS TAVI Y S-V EVALUAN DISTINTOS NIVELES DE PROCESOS DE MEMORIA. EN EL PRIMER CASO A UN NIVEL MAS SIMPLE DE ELABORACION Y EN EL SEGUNDO, CON MAYOR COMPLEJIDAD, PUES INCORPORA LA MEMORIA SECUENCIAL DE LOS ELEMENTOS CONTENIDOS EN LA INFORMACION ESCUCHADA.TEST DE ASIMILACION VERBAL INMEDIATA (TAVI) OBJETIVO: Determinar la recepcién y fa memoria inmediata de la informacion verbal. INSTRUCCIONES: Prueba de aplicacién individual. El examinador explica al nifio que le va a dar una informacién y que debe atender bien a lo que escucha para poder responder correctamente a la pregunta que le haré enseguida porque la respuesta esta siempre en lo que le va a decir. Ejemplo: Pedro tenia un lindo perro blanco con patas negras. De qué color eran las patas del perro de Pedro? Si el nifio no responde, repita el ejemployy expliquele cual es la respuesta correcta y por qué. Hay cinco sentidos: hay? ista, ofdo, olfato, gusto, tacto. ,Cuéntos sentidos Una vez que el sujeto ha entendido las instrucciones, pase al item 1 y anote la respuesta igual como la verbaliz6 el sujeto. UN PUNTO POR CADA RESPUESTA CORRECTA (MAXIMO 10 PUNTOS) PUNTE( |TEST DE SEMEJANZAS VERBALES (3-S) OBJETIVO: Evaluar la capacidad de abstraccién verbal a partir de la relacién que se establezca de los elementos comunes que hay en tres que pertenecen @ una misma categoria. valida la habilidad del nifio para relacionar verbalmente aspectos esenciales, referidos a objetos, acciones, emociones u otros. INSTRUCCIONES: Prueba de aplicacién individual. Pregunte al nifio en qué se parecen las tres cosas que te voy a nombrar, qué tienen en comin o para qué sirven las tres. Luego, lea el ejemplo A. Si el nifio no da la respeusta adecuada, se le indica cuél es y por qué y se pasa a la siguiente. Fuera de los ejemplos no debe decirle cudles son las respuestas correctas ni pro qué. Ejemplos de correccién 3-S 1, Estufa-chimenea-fogata: los tres calientan: 2 puntos los tres tienen fuego: 2 puntos se hacen funcionar con lefia: 1 punto en la casa hay chimenea y estufa y en el campo fogata: 0 puntos 2. Anillo-collar-pulsera los tres son joyas: 2 puntos los tres son adornos: 1 punto los usan para las fiestas: 0 puntos los tres son de oro: 0 puntos
