OPENING REMARKS

To our ardent and ever supportive Director, Division Managers, my co-employees, guests,
ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant morning to each and every one. It is with great honor to
welcome you all to the Concert Battle, a Pre-Event for the 32nd Anniversary with a theme:
“LEVEL UP: Embracing the Past, Moving the future”.

It is good to see that we all gathered here to witness this kind of event that showcases our skills
and talents.

So, this is it!! After several days of practice despite the heavy workloads and busy schedules of
each participant employees, we will now witness the best among the groups. Indeed a day to
reckon with and to commend ourselves for the undoubting spirit, team work, and commitment
whether the group will win or lose. And on this auspicious day, of course, we dedicate our
commitment to strive for oneness – one vision, one direction, one institute.

As I look around and see faces from different generations, the centennials and the millennials, I
am reminded that these awesome faces contributed a part of the history of TAPI. With our
undivided efforts, I’m in faith that the institute will continue to soar high and will be able to
achieve more! Let us then reflect on our shared values and ideals that bind us together in
building a long-lasting legacy that will make us proud.
