Nanoflex® Tex 2

Nanoflex® Tex 2 is a water-based spray-on product for generating water, dirt- and
oil-repellent effects. It is particularly suitable for the consumer and retail sectors
due to its ease of use.
Nanoflex® Tex 2 delivers outstanding protection for particularly absorbent textile
substrates. Primary applications include absorbent upholstery/furniture, as well
as suede/Alcantara leather. Most standard textiles, carpets and curtains can
also be treated as long as they are free of surface-active substances (silicon/
surfactants).
The product is Ökotex certified (ECO Passport), UV stable and non-migratory.
Through the intelligent arrangement of hybrid (organic and inorganic) structures,
Nanoflex® Tex 2 constitutes part of the Nano-Care Deutschland AG INTELLIGENT
HYBRIDS® concept.

Nanoflex® F-Bond System

Nanoflex® F-Bond System was developed in cooperation with one of the world’s
largest textile manufacturer to prevent performance loss during the transition
from C8 to C6 fluorocarbons. This involved the creation of boosters based on
ultra-thin silicon dioxide, which give the C6 technology a greater impact whilst
reducing the use of substances containing fluoride.
Through the intelligent arrangement of hybrid (SiO2 and C6 fluorocarbon) structures,
Nanoflex® F-Bond System constitutes part of the Nano-Care Deutschland AG
INTELLIGENT HYBRIDS® concept.
The system is comprised of several concentrates which are diluted and applied
in the foulard / padding process:
• Nanoflex® TH4 - silica-backbone and boosters (cationic)
• Nanoflex® F-Bond - ecologically optimised C6 fluorocarbon polymer (mild
cationic)
• Nanoflex® W11 - crosslinker for adhesion
• Nanoflex® WA - wetting agent (for wetting issues)
