Sub :- Reg. delay in submission of ACE-2 Account for the Temporary advance during 2017-18.

Ref :- O/o GMTD letter no. GMTB/AO (Claims-II)/Inernal audit/2018-19/9 dated 24/1/19.

With reference to subject cited above and letter under reference regarding delay in
submission of ACE-2 account for the Temporary Advance during 2017-18. In this regard it is
intimated that during the Year 2016 to 2018, I was posted as SDOT Sehore, SDE-NOFA
Nasrullaganj and SDE-NOFA Obedullaganj. As per instructions of higher officers and for early
completion of NOFN project I had to stay in Nasrullaganj and Obedullaganj station most of the
days. I was also looking after the maintenance of BTSs and exchanges, installation of New
Telephone connections, Organising the SIM sale Mela, Maintenance of UG Cable and other
associated work under SDOT Sehore area. Due to continuous touring I was unable to complete
and submit the ACE-2 account within the given time period by the BSNL Rules.
Hence, It is requested that kindly consider my case and regard me relief from penal interest as
total of Rs. 8493.75.
I assure you that I will not repeat it again in future please.
