CJ GUEVARRA and Parents, and

CARLOS ACUNA and Parents

After some series of incidents, it has been discovered that the students CJ Guevarra and Carlos Acuna has
collaborated to create false receipt allegedly issued by St. Benilde Center for Global Competence, Inc.
which CJ Guevarra presented to her mother for reimbursement. On February 7, 2019 an investigation was
conducted and it has been confirmed that the malevolent activity was actually committed by them.

The said offense is categorized as Class A offense which, after having been granted due process, is
punishable by immediate dropping or expulsion. As stated in the Student Manual, “Any form of deceit
such as tampering of school records, forms and any other document or forging the signature of school
authorities, parents and other students” is punishable by immediate dropping or expulsion after due
process has been provided to the offender.

On February 14, 2019 a letter was issued to both Carlos Acuna and CJ Guevarra giving them the final
opportunity to explain why they should not be expelled or dropped from this institution. Based from what
has been submitted dated February 18, 2019 and the school policy, this office decides with finality that CJ
Guevarra and Carlos Acuna should be immediately expelled or dropped from this institution. Any appeal
on this matter shall be addressed to the office of the President.
