 Prepares Bond Investment Analysis Report stating

feasibility of the said investment.

 Sends Bond Investment Analysis Report to Accounting

and Finance Manager.

Accounting and  Receives Bond Investment Analysis Report.

Finance Manager  Determines potential benefits of Investment to company.

 Endorses Bond Investment Analysis Report.

a. If favorable, signs and forwards to General Manager

for further review and approval.

b. If not favorable, returns to Treasurer for further

revisions.

Administrative

Department

General Manager  Reviews and approves analysis report.

 Signs and forwards Bond Investment Analysis Report to

Accounting and Finance Manager for preparation of

documents needed for acquisition of Bond Investment.

Accounting and  Receives Bond Investment Analysis Report.
