‫אישור‪ ‬קבלה‪ ‬ומתן‪ ‬מספר‪ ‬בקשה‪ ‬כראוי‪ .‬בקשה‪ ‬זאת‪ ‬הוגשה‪ ‬למשרדיכם‪ ‬בדוא"ל‪ ,‬בפקס‪,‬‬
‫ובדואר‪ ‬רשום‪ ‬עם‪ ‬אישור‪ ‬מסירה‪ .‬למרות‪ ‬כל‪ ‬זאת‪ ,‬עד‪ ‬היום‪ ‬לא‪ ‬התקבל‪ ‬כל‪ ‬אישור‪ ‬קבלה‬
‫ישירות‪ ‬מכם‪ ‬וכן‪ ‬לא‪ ‬התקבל‪ ‬מספר‪ ‬בקשה‪ ‬כראוי‪) ‬ברשותנו‪ ‬אישורי‪ ‬קבלה‪ ‬באמצעות‪ ‬דואר‬
‫ישראל‪ ‬ופקס‪ ‬אלקטרוני(‪ .‬כמו‪ ‬כן‪ – ‬לא‪ ‬התקבלה‪ ‬כל‪ ‬תשובה‪ ‬על‪ ‬הבקשה‪ ‬עצמה‪ ‬במועד‬
‫הקבוע‪ ‬בחוק‪.‬‬
‫באם‪ ‬לא‪ ‬תתקבל‪ ‬תשובה‪ ‬ראויה‪ ‬והולמת‪ ‬לגופה‪ ‬של‪ ‬בקשת‪ ‬חופש‪ ‬המידע‪ ‬שבנידון‬

Dear Director of Administration of the Courts, Judge Yigal Marzel and FOIA Officer 
Ms Sharon Saban­Safrai:
On January 22, 2019, we first filed the FOIA request, pertaining to information 
about Joseph Zernik, PhD, in the “critics of the judges” database, and asked for  
confirmation of receipt and due designation of a FOIA request number.  On January 
24, 2019, we refiled our above­mentioned FOIA request and again asked for 
confirmation of receipt and due designation of a FOIA request number. Such FOIA 
request was filed and refiled by email, by fax and by certified mail with certificate of
delivery.  Regardless, to this day, neither direct confirmation of receipt, nor 
designated FOIA request number have been received directly from you (we hold 
Israel Post and electronic fax confirmation of receipt). Moreover, we have not 
received any response on the FOIA request itself by the date prescribed by law. 
Absent due, adequate response on the FOIA request itself within 7 days, we 
would be compelled to employ all legal actions at our disposal.
