from within the corporate intranet (locally connected or
tunneled in via VPN)

All actions are initiated by the end user

No port needs to be exposed to the internet
> PAS (Product Acquisition Service) communicates with CA
Support Online (support.ca.com) in two ways:

– Action initiated by end user

ftp: - to download software packages from CA to the
