Israeli government web site, which is identified as Ministry of Justice web site, today 
shows the name of Meital Katz as “Appointee for providing information to the public”.

The requested document is a copy of the authentic, registered, duly made, signed 
record, which is the appointment record of Ms Meital Katz, pursuant to the Freedom 
of Information Act ­1998, Article 3.  In case such record does not exist, I herein 
request that you explicitly state so in your response.
2. “Suspicions record, in RE: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu”
On February 28, 2019, media extensively reported regarding a document, titled  
“Suspicions record, in RE: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu”, originating in the office of 
Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit.  Such document was also published by media. 
The document, as published by “Israel Hayom” and “Channel 2” appears in the links 
in the footnote, and a copy is also provided in Attachment A. [2] 
The document, which was published by media cannot be deemed by a reasonable 
person an authentic registered record of the State of Israel: a) The record is not on 
the Attorney General’s letterhead, b) the record fails to show a reference number, c) 
the signature page (No 54), is unsigned, and at the end of the document, two 
additional pages were appended (56­7), originating in a different scan, the first of 
which (No 56, but marked as No 54) bears a hand­signature.  
For comparison purposes, another scanned document is provided ­ Attachment B, 
which appears as a copy of an authentic, registered record of the office of Attorney 
General Avichai Mandelblit, of the same date, in the same matter, titled, “Attorney 
General’s decision in the investigation files, where the Prime Minister was 
interrogated as a suspect”, reference number  004­99­2019­003879.
The requested document is a copy of the authentic, registered, duly made, signed 
record, “Suspicions record, in RE: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu”, alternatively – a copy of 
the authentic record, that “Suspicions record, in RE: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu” is part 
of.  In case such record does not exist, I herein request that you explicitly state so in 
your response.
