As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, indeed I do. However, we need to look at not just why a
person or persons may engage to commit murder or mass murder but what is behind it leading up
to it. I am not some wako psychiatrist or physiologist and so I am not going to bore you with all
kinds of rhetoric they can come up with. I can reflect what I understand from people who
contemplated suicide, murder and even mass murder.
* Well let loose.
**#** In today’s society people are more inclined to accept murder and mass murder then what I
view was applicable some decades ago. This is because when you look at the rate of abortions all
over the world it is clear that instead as being viewed as murder it is claimed to be that a woman
exercises her rights over her own body. This in stark contrast that a man has to pay child support
in some manner by law during the pregnancy but has no say when a women then later decides to
terminate the pregnancy. So, people are CONDITIONED to accept this kind of murder as
justified for the sake of the right of the woman, ignore the right of the unborn child. We also
have that in today’s society out you are CONDITIONED as to play games to murder people.
Little wonder that then many like to join some terrorist group where they can do real killings.
Just that when they end up doing real killings unlike the game they can simply do whatever they
now are stuck with being an actual murderer. And instead of some computer game killing people
without any actual blood flowing on their area where they are sitting in real life the murder
generally relates to having blood all around. And let us not forget the politicians who are
CONDITIONING citizens to accept mass murder for a good cause. If we look at the armed
murderous invasion into Iraq the killing of innocent citizen was held to be well part of a war. We
had in Victoria a Royal Commission about a buss fire that resulted to about 179 people being
killed but we do not have a Royal Commission for numerous killings in a war. After all who
desires, besides me, to hold politicians legally accountable for their mass murder?
So, now we had reportedly 49 people killed in New Zealand and the politicians are so to say
falling over themselves to have their condolences but reality is that they are the instigators of
mass murders and justify it to suit themselves. Then when someone else does it they seem to
condone it.
* But wasn’t this a religious mass murder?
**#** The problem is that when you justify mass murder as politicians do such as John Howard
claimed to make the world a safer place, well reality shows the opposite, then others will
likewise have their mantra why they justify killings, such as mass murder. What we saw with
North Korea was that our federal government was all about using force against North Korea and
well now they are war mongering about Venezuela. And this kind of excusing a future mass

murder to CONDITION citizens to accept that mass murder is OK when the government desires
to do so clearly means that others are seeing that mass murder can suit whatever goal they have.
* Is your view that a government should pursue peaceful solutions?
**#** Precisely. When you have a government that shows opposed to violence then its citizens
more than likely will be CONDITIONED to act likewise.

You have got this in many if not most religions where many promote to kill those not belonging
to its version of religious grouping. Not just say Christians vs Jews vs Muslims but within each
particular religion against others who albeit have the same religion practice different views. In
my view we should have all religious writings rewritten to show non-violence towards each other
within a group and those belonging to another group. No use to claim being a peaceful person
while promoting some religious view that justify killings of innocent persons but seems to be
justified to that they do not belong to once group. Neither should politicians claim some moral
rights such as humanity to then commit mass-murder of the very people they claim to rescue on
humanitarian grounds.

* You indicated to be in general against killings so you do allow for exeptions?

**#** Well, for example if there is an emergency where doctors are faced with a pregnant
woman who was in an accident and they have to make a choice to terminate the unborn child
and try to save the mother or take the risk to not terminate but more than likely both will die. I
then accept that the medical profession should be allowed to make the decision they consider
appropriate in the circumstances. Likewise when you have opposing soldiers you generally
cannot go over to your opposition and ask him/her if he/she intents to kill you. So you got the
option to let yourself being killed or kill your opponent. As such extreme circumstances can
make exceptions but in general we should preserve life of any person.
*.What about a mass murderer?
**#** From my own research there have been ample of people who were in the USA executed
for heinous crimes only afterwards to be declared to have been wrongly convicted. As such I
prefer to have the Russian kind of Black Dolphin prison system where prison is a deterrent. For
example breaking rocks, etc, as part of prison life. We should never look at the racial/religious
issues when it comes to innocent victims. We should look at each and every one of being humans
who were robbed of their right to live their lives. We should never rejoice in victims having been
killed because they might have belonged to some group that isn’t our own group. We must
accept that not every human being can be part of our group because then having a group makes
no sense. It is by diversity of people that we can belong to one or more different groups and yet
can interact with others regardless if they share the same views or not.
*. You are saying, if I got it correct, we should not see the victims in New Zealand being
Muslims but as humans and not classify them as to their religion?
**#** Correct. After all it might very well have been that one or more who were harmed may not
at all follow Islam but may have come along to simply see how a Mosque operates. While for
religious purposes their faith might be relevant but when it comes to being a victim we should
not judge the loss of life as to the faith they were associated with. They all are victims and should
not have been robbed of their rights to life. We need to drive home to politicians to smarten up
and stop this warmongering for political purposes and promote peaceful solutions. It is that way
that you may just get a turnaround in violence, so that less people may end up being killed.
I have since 1982 conducted a special lifeline service under the motto MAY JUSTICE
ALWAYS PREVAIL® and became well aware that those who contemplated murder/mass
murder each had their perceptions why it was justified. The very same people many years if not

decades later would give me the understanding that they were glad I assisted them to see a
different resolve then killings. And it is this what is missing with our warmongering politicians.
Look at Libya and the murder of President Gadhafi. It had nothing to do with the purported
human rights violations as we turned it into a basket case where now people are ending up in
slavery and it is now a humanitarian disaster. I would like to see that anyone who decides to vote
uses this to exclude any politicians who is a warmongerer.
*.You do not contemplate to vote in the coming federal election?
**#** Compulsory voting is unconstitutional as I proved in both 19 July 2006 appeals in AEC v
Schorel-Hlavka and so if there is no suitable candidate to vote for I will not vote.
*.So, you are not against voting itself?
**#** Not at all. I view that a candidate must prove to me to be worthy to have my vote.
*.How on earth can a candidate prove this before an election?
**#** If the candidate comes up with the rhetoric of other politicians such as health, education,
etc, then to me he is a parrot without brain, using the modus operandi of other politicians to lead
you by the nose. A candidate who is genuine will be competent to present his/her outline to real
issues and so in depth. A candidate who supports warmongering to me is merely a parrot
reflecting the desire of a leader rather than having a mind of his/her own.
*. There is an advertisement about private health insurance having gone up about 26% in 5 years,
is that an issue of concern?
**#** Olga (my wife) despite being retired for decades still has private health insurance if only
so in case she needs hospital treatment she doesn’t have to wait (until it is too late). But let us be
real, health insurance cost should never be more than the increase in CPI, this as to do otherwise
means the Federal Government is failing to ensure that those on a pension/welfare payment are
not losing the ability to a reasonable level of income. Yet, in the upcoming election debates no
one seems to talk about this. It just shows we lack real candidates! If we get nothing but parrots
then get rid of them as it is useless to have 150 or so Members in a House when most of them are
all acting as parrots. Why not just pay the 2 leaders and some independents and get rid of the
leeches who are acting as parrots. People vote for candidates who lie the most. If a candidate tells
voters he/she will give them money then more than likely they will vote for the candidate
regardless they suspect he/she lies and after being elected will use any excuse why the increase
cannot proceed. That is why I view they should make a sworn statement or affirmation of their
pledges and if voting contrary to it then the court could declare the seat(s) vacant.
I for one express my condolence to those who were victims of a mass murder attack, and I would
like to see that politicians are not just denouncing the violence of certain people but themselves
will conduct a manner of conduct not to be warmongering merely because they may not agree
with the internal policies of another nation. Never justify the mass murder of innocent persons as
collateral damage, because you are then no better than the murders you seek to condemn for their
murders. The very meaning of collateral damage at least to me is that you justify the murder of
innocent people. This, I view is never justifiable.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
