CHORUS
Come to the feast of heaven and earth!
Come to the table of plenty!
God will provide for all that we need,
here at the table of plenty.
VERSE 1
O come and sit at my table
where saints and sinners are friends.
I wait to welcome the lost and lonely
to share the cup of my love. (CHORUS)
VERSE 2
O come and eat without money;
come to drink without price.
My feast of gladness will feed your spirit
with faith and fullness of life. (CHORUS)
VERSE 3
My bread will ever sustain you
through days of sorrow and woe.
My wine will flow like a sea of gladness
to flood the depths of your soul. (CHORUS)
VERSE 4
Your fields will flower in fullness;
your homes will flourish in peace.
For I, the giver of home and harvest,
will send my rain on the soil. (CHORUS)
Introduction:
Good morning, Brothers and Sisters. We are gathered today to celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass to entrust
the Graduating Class 2018 - 2019 to our Lord, and as an act of thanksgiving for the success of the Academic Year,
as it comes to a close.
Fellow Graduates, Brothers and Sisters, our celebration today is more than just a thanksgiving. We stand before the
Lord, willing and ready to give our lives to him in the service of others. In fact, the commissioning of the graduates
take place in this celebration as a petition for blessing that in our life giving, we too may be living a life of love.
A special duty binds us to make ourselves the neighbor of every person, and to actively help him when he comes
across our path. We want to do exactly this because in our times, the ideals we hold dear come to very little. And
yet we ask: how can we live a life of love?
This is the challenge that faces us today, the question that only each of us can answer in our own way. But as we
respond to this challenge, we also pray that God may give us enough strength of purpose to hang on our vision, to
be realistic about what we can achieve now while we work earnestly to build a world in which people forget about
themselves and remember others. But then again we tell ourselves: there must be something we can do today.
Today, this something finds fulfillment in our expression of love today for one another.
May the wisdom of God the Father fill our minds. May the love of Christ fill our hearts. May the inspiration of the
Holy Spirit move us to action.
Let us all rise and welcome our celebrant, Reverend Father Audie Mozo and as the Arts and Letters Performing
Artist headed by Mr. Michael Sagun leads us in the singing of the Entrance Hymn.

sinned in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and in what I have
failed to do, through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault;
therefore I ask blessed Mary ever-Virgin, all the Angels and Saints, and you, my
brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God.

life.

Celebrant : For the many opportunities we have refrained to promote peace among ourselves.
CHRIST, HAVE MERCY.
All : Christ, have mercy.
Celebrant : Lord, when we say we love you but do not make that authentic by loving those
entrusted to us, help us to give ourselves completely. LORD, HAVE MERCY.

eternal life.
All : Amen.

(Selected Graduating Students carry the symbols to the sanctuary.) The symbols will be placed on a table designated
for this purpose.
Academic Awardee : Reverend Father Audie Mozo, with joy the graduating class 2018 – 2019 presents
these medals, diplomas and other ornaments which symbolize the fruits of our labor
during our academic years. We ask you to bless them and in our behalf invoke God’s
grace that he may send the Holy Spirit to inspire us to serve God and country with
loyalty.
Priest : Our help is in the Name of the Lord.
All : Who made heaven and earth.
Priest : The Lord be with you.
All : And with your spirit.
Priest : Let us pray. Blessed are you, Lord God, king of the universe: you have made all
things for your glory. Grant that these, your sons and daughters, whom you have
enriched with knowledge and wisdom may serve you and your people with unfailing
generosity and love. Bless these symbols to which they signify the fruits of their labor
and undying zeal to glorify your name with their achievements and grant that we may
use them in your service and for the good of all your people. Through Christ our
Lord.

Father.

name for our good and the good of all His Holy Church.
PRAYER OVER THE OFFERINGS

Priest : It is truly right and just, our duty and our salvation, at all times to acclaim you, O
Lord, but on this day above all to laud you yet more gloriously, when Christ our
Passover has been sacrificed.
For he is the true Lamb who has taken away the sins of the world; by dying he has
destroyed our death, and by rising, restored our life.
Therefore, overcome with paschal joy, every land, every people exults in your praise
and even the heavenly Powers, with the angelic hosts, sing together the unending
hymn of your glory, as they acclaim:
All : Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of hosts… (To be sung)
SANCTUS
HOLY
Holy, Holy
Holy Lord God of hosts.
Heaven and earth are full,
Are full of your glory
Chorus:
Hosanna, Hosanna
Hosanna in the highest.
