Introduction

This portfolio is compilation of written works and consists of different papers that are
connected in the subject which is Work Immersion such as Narrative Reports, Forms, Photos,
Certificates and other requirements in Work Immersion. One of the things that you can see in this
portfolio is the documentation those picture will be the one thing remind me what happen on the
following day this portfolio help me to be a successful person because in the side of this portfolio
we have a narrative report about the different topics and also those narrative report tackled about
the trainings and seminars that discuss of my classmates and also my teacher in work immersion.
The main purpose of this portfolio is to help you to improve your skills and ability to create more
productive. Also to challenge us to develop ourselves a much better and to learn what is good
and what is right. And it will help you to become responsible enough to do all task and
responsibilities being a student. And lastly there is many ways on how to improve yourself, first
one is to do all the task that our teachers given to us, second is to believe in yourself that you can
do it and the last is study well so that possible things happen.

Narrative Report #12: “Seminar (SAP)”

This seminar happened in Top-serve Manpower Inc. The name of the speaker is Mr.
Happy Lara, she introduce herself first and second is she greet us a good morning with positive
vibes and beautiful smile, third is she apologies on us because she is late in 10mins. Before she
started the seminar she give us a question the question is do you think that SAP is an accounting
tool only? Yes or No, the surrounded was so very silence, so that Ms. Lara got mad because
nobody can’t answer the question. That’s why she decided to start the seminar.

She the mean SAP that means is System Application and Product, she said that it is a
Super System because now a days we are now in a modern world. She discussed the other helps
of SAP these are: Key Features, Core Finance, Plan to Product, Core Human Resource. She tell
on us that SAP is a Master of Data, Transaction Data and it is a Document Handling. After she
discuss that all she decided to create a group presentation about the Financial Planning Process
as a Grade12 students. The FPP as six (6) process these are: 1. Explain your current financial
situation. 2. Develop your financial goals. 3. Complete an analysis. 4. Provide recommendation.
5. Implement your financial action plan. 6. Review and update your financial plan periodically.

In this seminar, I listen carefully because I know that it will help me to my future work
someday. Therefore I conclude that SAP have the advantage on us because the other school has
no SAP apps, so that we have a gap among the other applicant who is applying for the job that
you wanted to be. In this learning I will use this to my future work and I will make it sure that
I’m deserving for the job on what applying for. And I can work harder better than to my co-
workers.

Narrative Report #13: “Seminar (Accounting Professional)”

This seminar happened in Top-serve Manpower Inc. The name of the speaker is Mr.
Verna, she introduce herself first and second is she greet us a good morning with positive vibes
and beautiful smile. She is an accountant manager so that she is the assigned to discuss the topic
about the Accounting Professional.

Ms. Verna explained about accounting. Accounting is the systematic and comprehensive
recording of financial transactions pertaining to a business . And she explain about accounting profession
she said if you graduate of BS in accounting and passed the board exam is called CPA. I observed that all
student are interested to the topic discussed and participating with the speaker and listen enough to learn.
During our seminar. I observed that our speaker have enough knowledge about the topic she is discussing.
And she explain about ‘’what skill are required to succeed in this course? And then Ms. Verna explain that
she said we need reasoning skills, problem solving, abstract logical thinking, interpersonal and effective
communication skills and analytical skills. After that she explained about board exam.. And she explained
accounting as the part of knowledge that we need to learn as an ABM student since it’s part of our strand.

I learned in this seminars which is accounting it will help to improve my skills and
capabilities on how to transact the financial reportsand also I know that is vital for all the
students who taking a strand of ABM because it will serve you as a guideline, just like me now
I'm taking of ABM strand so that it can be easily to anaylsis what is all about the Accounting
Professional. I'm so glad that there is a seminar like this.
