Each one of us has a healthy dose of competition in us. It’s part of
who we are – it’s our competitive nature.

always companies competing with us. We’re successful not

nothing was coming true through my job.

At that time God gave this great opportunity through my younger brother who

experience and a challenging task for us. We luckily read Ms Mary’s
autobiography, who was crippled by birth due to polio but she

bettered for many years in America. On asking, she quoted; “Run,
The World Runs With You; Stop, You Are Left Behind”. This gave
us a lot of grit and determination to build this business and we
never believed in mirage effect. For us the day & night meant
48 hours and not 24 hours.
Even on a slightest call from our
teammates, we presented ourselves within a
shortest possible time. We always believe that we can get
everything in life we want, if we just help other people to get what they
want. That is how we achieved Diamond level.

We found our life style changing... We learnt that money is not primary but not
secondary also... The zest, zeal, valor and dash to create a sense of ongoing income
magni�ied our dream. Today we are enjoying all materialistic necessities. Moreover, we
became more humble, more concerning, more devoted to our family. I have also noted

Quali�ications are reviewed on various parameters that ensure a steady and continuous business growth

may vary with each individual quali�ication, here are some of the things we will be reviewing:
Unusually High Personal PV by quali�ier or some downlines and/or �luctuation of PVs per ABO
Past business history and purchase pattern of the group
Number of ordering ABO's in the group
Abnormally high purchase of certain products
Group Size
Financial transactions with Amway India (Accounts Receivable, credit card situations etc.)

Apart from the parameters mentioned above, QVG may use other parameters on a case speci�ic basis.

There may be instances during the �iscal year when we will need clari�ication from you on some of these
points. For example, we may need to see the customer receipts that verify compliance of retailing of products
to genuine customers. So be sure to keep good sales records by retaining customer receipts

After a hiatus of around two years,
AOF’s National Project for the Blind is
back on track. And how! A vocational
training centre inaugurated in Delhi,
and one computer centre each, in
Jaipur and Thiruvananthapuram,
dedicated to visually challenged
children. In Delhi, AOF has partnered
with its oldest NGO partner – AICB,
Rohini – to set up the AOF-AICB Centre
for Excellence, where children will
undergo a 12-month course, which will
gear them up for call centre jobs,
English and personality development.
Mr William Pinckney, Chairman of AOF,
enjoyed being in the thick of it on a
warm Sunday mid-day, as were the
leadership of Delhi.
Mr Pinckney also traveled to God’s
Own Country to inaugurate the
computer centre at
Thiruvananthapuram.
Here, AOF teamed-up
with its other NGO
partner, NAB (India), and
set up this computer
centre. Mr Prithviraj
Bijlani, inaugurated the
fourth AOF-supported
computer centre for the
visually challenged (the
other two being at
Kolkata and Patna) in
Jaipur. Here, AOF has
joined hands with Rajasthan
Netraheen Kalyan Sangh to establish a
top-quality computer centre. This was
a bonus for team-Jaipur as they had
earlier upgraded the Ballika Griha in
the pink-city.
AOF celebrated Amway’s 10th
anniversary at Indore by donating a
Personal Computer & Printer cum
copier to an Orphanage home,
Sanjivani Sewa Sangam. Surat marked
the occasion by presenting 5 Sewing
