Director – IBS, Bangalore. Major part of her career in
industry was with IDBI in the area of project finance. Has
designed and delivered a number of corporate training
programs in the areas of finance. She has published edited
books and research papers in national journals and has
presented papers in national and international conferences.
Teaches courses in finance related areas. Her research
interests are in power sector and banking & financial services
sector as well as in leadership and governance issues in
management education.
Prof. V. Maruthi Rao

Dean at IBS, Bangalore. Teaches courses like Financial Risk
Management, Investment Banking, Risk Management in
Banking, Credit Management. Has worked in various
capacities and held the position of Regional Manager of
Syndicate Bank and Vice Principal, Syndicate Bank’s
training college at Manipal. Has undergone training in ALM
(Asset Liability Management) at Barclays’ Bank, London.

Dean – Research at IBS, Bangalore. Teaches Organizational
Behavior and Organizational Development. Was Executive
Director in ITI Limited, Bangalore; Corporate HR Director,
OD Advisor, Change Management Advisor, Director of
Electronics & HRD in Indonesian industries; and External
Consultant to International Labour Organisation (ILO). Has
published more than 50 research papers in refereed journals
& edited books in Australia, India, UK & USA. His work
on OD interventions was recognized by European
Association for Work & Organizational Psychology
(EAWOP).

Associate Dean – Academics at IBSB. Has worked in

Instrument Research Associates P Ltd, Bangalore and
QDOS Flexcircuits Malaysia at senior levels. Has conducted

Communications 5S, Kaizen etc. He is a Member of Indian

Studies, Thiruvananthapuram. He was awarded Charles

The Management School, The University of Edinburgh,
United Kingdom. He is the Consulting Editor of the reputed
IUP Journal of Applied Finance. His research interest
includes applied macro economics, financial economics and
corporate sector in India. He has published several papers
in reputed national and international journals. Teaches

 Prof. R. Harish

papers/articles and case studies. He has also edited five books on
