Dear Eng. Imad,

You are requested to investigate about the MEP (Electrical and Mechanical) sleeves

damages at site through civil work, this matter is not accepted and not allowed to be

repeated again.

Any charges we will receive from MEP department it had to be deducted from the

subcontractor who was the cause of that damages.
