Activity Dashboard provides flexibility to the supervisor or manager to customize the view. One can add/remove widgets from the view,
select the filters & display parameters like chart types and also specify the reporting period. User can drill down to more detailed analysis from
each widget and also export data on-demand or schedule the report.

user input – shift notification, activity away from system prompts, end user work

In addition, end users are empowered and have control on what gets displayed
on the timesheets and other reports – personal mode, suspend/resume, view
assigned tasks & select current task, tag activities, etc.

• The above measurements were taken using network sniffer tool Wireshark
• Test conditions include:
• Heartbeat from client to manager: every 60 seconds
• Activity data flush from client to manager: every 120 seconds
• Simulated user activity on the system: 4 different applications every 2
minutes

house developed load test kit; simulating real time data generation and flush to

 User Data Privacy
• Personal information and sensitive personal data are protected under the IT Act
2000 and IT (Amendment) Act 2008.
• “Sensitive personal data or information” means:
• Passwords
• Financial information such as bank account, credit card, debit card or other payment instrument details
• Physical, physiological and mental health condition
• Sexual orientation
• Medical records and history
• Biometric information

• ProHance categorically does not collect, process or store any such data
• ProHance does not record any data that is within an application window (content)
such as text or form data except for the window title
• ProHance does not log keystrokes, screen capture/scrapping
• ProHance provides a „Personal Mode‟ to enable employees privacy needs. While
on this mode, no information about his/her activity on the desktop is recorded
