1. Background

1.1. Quality is characteristic of product that defined by customer or user,

product with good quality will be market gain and increase demand,
and profit company will be increase accordingly.
1.2. Producing product with good quality is also reduce cost production,
due saving material, labor cost, energy etc.
1.3. One of activity that can increase quality is Quality Cycle Control (QCC),
therefor EKIN should be implemented QCC.

2. Problem Identification

2.1. Almost all employee of PT. EKIN is less understanding and awareness
about quality.
2.2. Improvement conducted if any problem such as customer claim
2.3. Less activity that motivate employee to conduct improvement

3. Purpose

3.1. Supporting EKIN management business plan

3.2. Improving company performance in QCDMSE (Quality, Cost, Delivery
Management, Safety and Envinronment)
3.3. Increase understanding and awareness quality of employees
3.4. Encourage EKIN employee to have their own kaizen activity
3.5. Appreciation of individual/groups ideas for kaizen

4. Objective

4.1. Understand of QCC principle

4.2. Understand of Corrective and improvement method with QCC
4.3. QCC can implemented in EKIN
4.4. Can solved Problem with QCC

Each group have 3 hours overtime in one week and day to meeting
group defined by group self.

* Total time 20 minits, 15 minits presentation by participant and 5
minits question and answer
* Evaluation by EKIN judges team
