WHEREFORE, the corporation in its Special Meeting

approved the following resolution by unanimous vote of the
Board of Directors:

“BOARD RESOLUTION”

“RESOLVED, as it is hereby
resolved, that the agency through the
Board of Directors hereby intends to file
and process the Lost Firearm Tagging
Request of the agency.

RESOLVED FURTHER, for this

purpose, the board empowers and
authorizes, Romeo Y. Araña, to apply for
the aforementioned request and perform
such other acts or deliver documents, as
may be necessary to accomplish the
foregoing authority

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the

foregoing resolutions shall remain valid
and subsisting unless otherwise revoked
or amended in writing by the agency.
