TRAINING AGREEMENT

This Employee Training Agreement dated March 5, 2019 is made By

and Between Juan Miguel Saria, hereinafter referred to as “Employee” and
TopJuan Consulting Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Company”

Whereas, the company agrees to financially support the employee to

complete the following course:

Course Title: DPO Training & Certification

Start Date: February 18, 2019

Duration of the course: 5 Days

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises

and under the terms and conditions hereto agreed upon, the parties hereto
covenanted, as follows:

1. The company will offer a funding of Php50,000.00 to the employee to

complete the aforesaid course and will shoulder the accommodation
expenses.

2. In return, the employee need to meet the conditions below:

a) Dedicate the needed effort and time to finish the aforesaid course
and meet the obligations outlined by the training provider;

b) Agree to work in the company according to the terms of the

employment agreement of the employee;

c) Continue to work in the company for the period of six (6) months
after completing the course;

d) Surrender a copy of the certificate to the company upon completion

of the course;

e) In the event, the employee was not able to finish the course and
resigned from the company after completion of the training or the
employee failed to adhere to the conditions listed above, the
employee will notify the company in writing immediately and return
the amount paid by the company for the aforesaid training.

 However, if the period of work after the completion of the
training is less than six (6) months or violation of the conditions
as stated occurred within the period of six (6) months, the
employee will return the amount paid by the company on a pro
rata basis.

3. In case of controversy arising under this agreement, the parties hereto

agreed to submit the same exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts
of Pasay City for adjudication and disposition.
