I, MARJUN D. LOFRANCO, of legal age, single, a student of Bukidnon

National High School-Main, and a resident of Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, after
having been duly sworn to an oath, do hereby depose and say that:

A: Ako si Marjun D. Lofranco, 22 ang edad, single, estudyante sa

Bukidnon National High School isip usa ka Grade 11 sa Arts and Design,
ug usa ka residente sa Malaybalay City, Bukidnon; (I am Marjun D.
Lofranco, 22 years old, single, a Grade 11 Arts and Design Student of
Bukidnon National High School-Main, and a resident of Malaybalay City,
Bukidnon;)

2. Q: Nganong ania man ka sa among opisina? (Why are you here in our
office?)

A: Aron mutestigo sa sumbong nga ipasaka batok kang Sir Aldrin

Cork sa iyang pagpang insulto sa amoa mga studyante niya. Pag sulod
sa classroom nga hubog ug pagpang halok ug gakos sa among mga
classmates nga babae. (To be a witness for a complaint to be filed against
Sir Aldrin Cork because of the insults he hurled against his students. For
attending his class drunk and for kissing and hugging my female classmates;)

3. Q: Palihog saysay sa imong nahibal-an ani nga gipang buhat ni Mr.

Cork.(Please state what you know of these acts committed by Mr. Cork.)

A: Ako usa ka estudyante ni Sir Cork sa Creative Industries 1 and 2

and usa pud ka coordinator si Sir Cork para sa arts and design. Na
estudyante nako niya sugod pa adtong 2011 padulong 2013.
Nakabalhin nako ko ug SPA mao ng wala nako siya na teacher sa pipila
ka tuig ug karon na teacher na nako siya pag usab. Mao ra iyang
binuhatan sukad pa sauna. Dili na ni maayo para sa akoa ug sa tibuok
klase; (I am a student of Sir Cork in Creative Industries 1 and 2 and Sir Cork
is also the coordinator for arts and design. I was his student starting the year
 2011 up to 2013. I then transferred to SPA that is why for a time I was not
under him but after a few years he is my teacher again. Since before, his
doings are the same. This is no longer good to me and to my classmates;)

4. Q: Unsa man diay ni iyang ginapang buhat sa inyo nga gusto man gyud
mag testimonya sa kaso nga ipasaka batok kaniya?(What did he do that you
are willing to testify for a complaint to be filed againt him?).

A: Sa akong nadumduman, nag sugod ni tanan adtong nag apil mi sa

Children’s Night. Ga practice mi sa among performance para sa
Children’s night ug kabalo gyud si Sir Cork ani kay gatan-aw man siya
sa practice namo ug wala man siya gina ingon nga dili mi mag apil. (As
I can remember, this all started when we joined the Children’s Night. Me and
my classmates were practicing our performance for the Children’s night and
Sir Cork is well aware of this since he watches us when we practice and he
did not say anything to not join the affair;)

5. Q: Unsa man dayon nahitabo pagkahuman, kung naa man galing? (What
happened next, if any?)

A: Na shock mi tanan kay sa klase namo after adtong Children’s night

nangasaba lang siya ug kalit ug gi ignan mi niya tanan nga biyaan mi
niya ug wala na siya labot sa amoa. Ni ingon pud si Sir Cork nga maayo
didto mo mangayo ug grado sa inyong coordinator sa Children’s night.
Sugod adto, wala na mi ginapa-apil ni Sir Cork sa mga school activities
para sa arts and design ug nabalaka ko kay ang akong grado
maapektohan kay dili na man ko maka apil sa activities kay dili mi niya
ginalabot;(We were all shocked because in our class after the Children’s
night, he scolded us right away and he told us that he will just leave us and
he will no longer care for us. Sir Cork also said that it is better for us to go to
the coordinator of the Children’s night for our grades. From that point
forward, Sir Cork no longer include me in the school activities for arts and
design and I feel concerned for my grades because it will be affected since I
could not join the same since Sir Cork does not allow me to do so;)

6. Q: Unsa pa dayon ug naa pa? (What more, if any?)

A: Ni ingon pud si Sir Cork nga wala na siya labot sa amoa. Ni ingon
pa gyud siya, “imbes magtudlo ko gasakit na hinuon ang akong ulo
tungod kay nangiskwela pa mo. Maayo pa nga dili mo mangiskwela o
mamalhin mo ug skwelahan; (Sir Cork also said that he will no longer care
for the class. He also said that, “Instead of teaching my head heats up
because you came here in school. It is better that you do not go here in the
school or you should transfer to another school”;)

7. Q: Padayon ug naa pa ka ikadugang. (Please continue if you have

 A: Nakakita pud ko sa pipila na ka beses nga si Sir Cork muabot sa
among classroom nga hangover or hubog. Makabantay jud ko nga
hubog siya kay sa iyang pag storya, sa iyang dagway nga pula kaayo. (I
also witnessed for several times alreaddy that Sir Cork attends our class even
though he is hangover or drunk. I can attest that he is drunk because of the
way he talks and his face is so red;)

8. Q: Ga tudlo ba siya kung gasulod siya nga hubog? (Does he still teach
even though he is drunk?)

A: Dili siya gatudlo. Ang iya ra ginabuhat kay pagpangasaba. Gabalik

balik siya sa iyang mga kasaba nga gahi mi ug ulo. Nga balik mi sa
coordinator sa Children’s night. Nga wala na siya labot sa amoa.
Pagkahuman niya pangasaba kay mulakaw dayon siya ug dili na siya
magtudlo. Usahay dili na gyud siya musulod. Usahay igo ra siya
manawag sa akong classmate ug iyaha dayon suguon among classmate
nga magpa activity o magpasulat ug lesson. Dili man na mao ang dapat
nga teacher;(He no longer teach if he is drunk. What he does is to just scold
us. He repeats over and over again that we are hard headed. That we should
go back to the coordinator of the Children’s night. That he does not care for
us. After he scolds us, he will just leave and he does not teach us at all.
Sometimes he no longer attends his class with us. Sometimes he will just call
one of my classmates and the will just direct our classmate to have an activity
or we will just write a lesson. This is just not what a teacher should do;)

hours is your class with him?)

A: 55 minutes, sir. (For 55 minutes, sir;)

10. Q: Unsa man ang epekto, kung naa man galing, aning iyang mga
gipangbuhat sa imoha? (What is the effect, if there is any, of all that Mr. Cork
did to you?)

A: Tanan iyang gipang buhat ug gipang ingon makapaubos gyud sa

akong confidence isip usa ka studyante. Si Sir Cork man unta ang mag
encourage sa amoa mga studyante niya pero ginakasab-an na man
hinuon mi niya pirmi bisan wala mi sala niya kay gatarong gyud ko sa
akong pag skwela tungod kay pobre ra man ko. Ang akong uban nga
mga classmates nag undang na lang ug skwela o nagbalhin ug
skwelahan tungod sa mga ginastorya ni Sir Cork. Sauna naa mi sa 53
karin 43 na lang. For example, akong isa ka classmate nga si Richmond
Lyle Nieles niundang ug skwela kay sige ra siya kasab-an ni Sir Cork;
(All of what he did and say diminished my confidence as a student. Sir Cork
should be the one who should encourage his students but he just scold us
even though we did not do anything wrong. I study well since I am poor;
 Some of my classmates stopped schooling while some of them transferred
to another school. Originally we were 53 but now we are 43 left. For example,
my classmate Richmond Lyle Nieles who stopped schooling because he was
always scolded by Sir Cork;)

dokumento nga naa ang imong ngalan nga Marjun D. Lofranco ug sa tapad
sa imong ngalan, naay pirma, kang kinsa man ni nga pirma? (In the
complaint-affidavit of Billy Joe Banalo, there is an attached document with
your name written thereon, there is a signature beside your name, whose
signature is that?)

A: Akoa na nga pirma. (That is my signature.)

12. Q: Imoha ba pagpamatud-an nga tinuod ang tanan nga nakasulat ani nga
dokumento nga gisukip sa complaint-affidavit?(Will you affirm the
truthfulness of the contents of the document attached to the complaint-
affidavit?)

A: Oo, sir; (Yes, Sir;)

13. Q: Kaning pagpanghalok ug gakos ni Mr. Cork sa imong mga classmates

nga babes, unsa man imong nahibal-an ani? (How about the hugging and
kissing by Mr. Cork to your female classmates, what do you know about it?)

A: Ako nakakita na sa pipila ka higayon nga gihalukan ug gigakos ni

Sir Cork akong mga classmates nga babae ug makakita jud ko nga dili
ganahan akong mga classmates sa ginabuhat ni Sir Cork sa ila pero
wala sila mabuhat kay tungod lagi teacher namo siya; (I witnessed for
several times already that Sir Cork would kiss and hug my female classmates
and I can read from their reactions that they do not like what Sir Cork does
to them but they can do nothing about it since Sir Cork is our teacher;)

14. Q: Pwede ba nato makuhaan pud ug affidavit ning mga babae nga
gihalukan ug gikakos ni Mr. Cork? (Can we also secure an affidavit of these
females who were kissed and hugged by Mr. Cork?)

A: Willing man unta na sila mag testigo sir pero gi hulga man gud
mi tanan ni Sir Cork nga pangbagsakon mi niya kung mag sumbong mi
ug iyaha ming ipasala sa tribu mao ng nahadlok gyud ang ako mga
classmates; (My female classmates subject of abuse are willing to testify
however Sir Cork threatened us all that he will fail us if we will complain and
we will be subjected to IP courts that is why my female friends were scared;)

15. Q: Ikaw, wala ba ka nahadlok nga ibagsak ka ni Mr. Cork? (Are you not
afraid that Mr. Cork will fail you?)
 A: Nahadlok man gihapon ko sir nga ibagsak ko niya pero
kinahanglan na man gyud ni maundang ang iyang ginapangbuhat nga
daotan. Kung dili man gud nako ni buhaton magpadayon gihapon na
si Sir Cork sa iyang pagpang insulto ug kana iyang pagka palahubog
ug musulod sa klase nga hubog. Unsaon na lang ang mga studyante
nga ma under niya sa sunod nga mga tuig? Dili na deserving si Sir Cork
nga mahimo pa nga teacher. Siya ra gyud ang naka apan sa tanan namo
teachers sa skwelahan; (I am also afraid that he will fail me but this bad
deeds has to end. If I will not do this, Sir Cork will continue his insult and his
being a drunkard and attending class while drunk. What will happen to the
students under him for the years to come? Sir Cork is not deserving to be a
teacher and he is so different from our other teachers;)

16. Q: Unsa man ang imong gusto mahitabo? (What do you want to happen?)

A: Akong gihangyo ang mga taga DepEd nga ipahawa na si Sir Cork
sa BNHS-Main tungod kay dili na siya maayo nga ihemplo sa amoa nga
mga studyante. Dili na siya makatabang ug ginadaot na nuon niya ang
among future; (I humbly ask Department of Education to dismiss Sir Cork
from BNHS-Main because he is not a good example to us students. He no
longer helps and instead he destroys our future;)

storya? (I no longer have questions for you for now, do you have anything

A: Wala na sa pagkakaron; (None for now;)

18. Imoha ba pagpamatud-an ang imong mga gipang ingon sa unahan? (Do you
confirm the statements you made above?)

A: Oo; (Yes;)

19. Q: Naa ba nagpugos nimo o nanghulga o nanghadlok kanimo para

maghimo ani nga affidavit? (Did anyone force, intimidated you, or coerced
you in executing this affidavit?)
