First of all we pray for the presence of Allah SWT. Thanks to His mercy we

were able to complete the report on Prakerin's activities of the requirements for

Diploma III degree of Business English Program at the Faculty of Language and

Literature, State University of Makassar.

This report contains all activities carried out during the internship period at

PT. Biota Wisata Tour & Travel. Starting from the beginning of the

apprenticeship to the end of the apprenticeship. Among other things, adjusting to

the work atmosphere (adaptation), learning about all work activities carried out,

practicing what has been learned. This report also contains data on internship

activities related to the work carried out.

The Apprentice realizes that this report couldn’t be completed without the

assistance and motivation from a number of people. Therefore, the apprentice also

grateful to many people who contributed their ideas and time to the completing at

report.

The apprentice wants to take this opportunity to express her profound

gratitude to her academic advisor, Muh. Tahir, S.Pd, M.Pd, M.Ed.EREA for all

his advices which make the apprentice becomes better and his guidance in

arranging this report. The apprentice also wants to apologize for her irreverence

and behavior which is unfavorable.

The apprentice wants to thank to Dr. Syarifuddin Dollah, M.Pd as the

Dean of Language and Literature Faculty, State University of Makassar, to Dr.

Sahril, S.Pd., M.Hum., M.Ed.EREA as the Head of English Department, to Muh.

Tahir, S.Pd, M.Pd, M.Ed.EREA as the Head of Business English Study Program,

and also thanks to all lecturers of English Department for sharing the valuable

knowledge and to all of the staff of Language and Literature Faculty for their

services.

to did her internship at PT. BIOTA WISATA TOUR & TRAVEL. HJ. WAODE

FATMAWATI as a The main commissioner and all employees at PT. BIOTA

WISATA such as Mr. Abdi, Mr. Rahman, Mr. Aslam, Mr. Tibo, Sist Lisna,

Mr.Ilham, Mr.Indra, Sist Vivi, Mr., Mr.Abdul, Mr. Evo and Mr. Umar who

always helped and rescued her from weird situation.

The intern deepest gratitude goes to her beloved parents, ABD. HAMID

and SITTI RAHMAWATI, who always pray, educate, encourage, and provide

countless material support, so that the intern could finish this report. They are

parents that never show their tiredness in order to support their daughter. Besides

that, the apprentice also thanks to her big family who always give many kinds of

spirit, material report, and pray in finishing her study, especially her Brother

Mr.Ilham Hamid who always protect and supporting his sister. Namirah and her

husband Muh. Jafar which greatly helped her from first enrolling college till now.

The apprentice wants to give special thank to her best friends, A. Asrini

Sudirman, Mega Purwanty, Besse Emilia Mahardika, A. Azifah Cahyani, Agung

Saputra, Muh. Syahrul, Cindy Fatika, and Sri Ummul Amelia. Also dont forget to

thank to her best friend who called CCM which consist of A.Nana Nofriana,

Nurul Magfirah Adnan, Kurnia Annisah, Nining Nurwulan, Najlah Annisah

Zuhri, Ning Maisyurah, A. Rahmi Utami, A. Endah Pratiwi, Sri Nurfitri Amryati

and Hijratul Muntahanna who always support her during first enrolling college till

now. The apprentice hoped that it is not the end until the graduation day but they

can keep relating and communicating after this. For her classmates, Business

English A 2016, they are the best. The apprentice also thanks to her best mate and

others whose name could not be mentioned.

The apprentice realizes this report far from being perfect. Constructive

suggestion and criticism from the reader will help this report more perfect.
