 BACKGROUND
We are Firm of Chartered Accountants having office in Bangalore.

We are in Corporate Audits, Internal Audits, Stock Audits, Mergers/Acquisitions and

Advisory Services in Income Tax, Corporate, and Legal. Well exposed to matters
such as Corporate and Legal besides liaison with authorities such as RBI, JDGFT,
Customs, Central Excise etc. In pursuit of our academic interests, we have
participated in various seminars, talks, workshops, conferences and conventions
organized by theInstitute. We have a team of qualified and well trained staff
besides infrastructure like Computers, printers, Server, Software’s and copier with
well equipped library.

About Proprietor
CA Mohit Kumar Daga, founder of M Daga& Co., Chartered Accounting Firm and is a
Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in the year 2006
and having an experience of 12 years as a Chartered Accountant. He did his
Graduation from Calcutta University.

Prior to practice, he worked in Ranbaxy Group and further as a Finance Controller

of an Engineering Company having offices in US, Dubai, and Europe, and in
Salarpuria-Sattva Group attaining the expertise knowledge in handling matters
relating to Direct and Indirect Taxation, FEMA Compliances, Statutory and Internal
Audits of Institutions, Companies of diversified industries and scale of business.

Having established his own practice in the name of "M Daga & Co.," Chartered
Accountants with a vision to assure the Quality and Timely Service in Book Keeping,
Compliances, Audit, Assurance and Advisory services of Startup companies,
registrations as an Export Oriented Units / SEZ Units, consultancy matters in Direct
and Indirect Taxations etc.,

Keeping Technology at his heart he works with many start up technology
