Our composition of security team will be mostly from Defence Service including
POLICE/CRPF/BSF/CISF/Home Guards educated and well trained civilian etc. We need hardly to

your place.

Maruthi security services are a professional company comprising of hardcode professionals having
experience in security field. The company provides highly trained. Well dressed uniformed guards
who are supervised round the clock to provide proper safety and security for the property and
personnel.

The company provided guards for static posts and also for mobile patrols. The guarding personnel
are carefully selected, thoroughly vetted and trained. They have been provided with proper training
on the rudiments of security.

The company believes in proper selection of our personnel with stringent with stringent Parameters
like, education, age, physical fitness and background. The personnel records are verified for
authenticity, the company feels in mandatory that all the guarding duties.

They are taught the rudiments of first aid, fire fighting and self-protection. They are trained on the
Gate/Entrance control/reception/response functions.

The company believes in proper supervisor to provide quality service by giving round the clock
check on the units. The operation team comprises of managers inspectors and patrolling
Supervisors. The 24 hr. House control room staffs are well versed with English speaking Personnel
for any assistance at any time. Our rates are the lowest quoted and includes our contkributions to
PF.ESI Reliever Chargers cost of training super vision and uniforms.

The quotation is valid for one month from the date of quotation. Any further information required
will be furnished and we now look forward to have a dialogue on the security Requirements.

PATROLLING:

INTIAL TRAINING:

We will conduct initial training programmer for a period of One month before Deployment at

duties at gatehouse , telephone handling , how to deal with staff and visitors and qualities
needed”.
Post and site instructions. Training at gatehouse management, parking of vehicles and first aid.
Procedure of frisking of persons with mental detector and vehicles Closed circuit TV’s and exit
control systems at software company’s fire preventions and fire fighting bomb threats.

ON JOB TRAINING:

On job training as for requirement of the client after initial training.

ON SITE TRAINING:

Onsite training quarterly at site about their duties and as and when needed motivating security
staff.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

UNIT STRENGHT & DEVELOPMENT:

As per the requirement of the principal employer. The staff deputed at your organization will be
under your functional control and will be on our pay rolls.

WORKONG HOURS:

All our security personnel perform eight hours duty in day for six days in a week and observe the
seventh day as their weekly off. The reliving security guard on duty performs duty on such off days.

UNIFORM & CLOTHING:

We shall be responsible for providing of uniform and accessories to the security personnel and
replacing of the item thereof, as and when required. We shall also provide on free of cost, one
blade packet and one shoe polish tin to maintain their proper turn our torches with cells and
stationery should be provided by your concern.

PERIODICAL CHECKS:

Our representative’s field Officers will visit at least one time for a day to supervise the performance
and turnout of our security personnel and to suggest the precautionary measures to be adopted by
tem from time to time. The observations will be duly forwarded for your consideration.

REPLACEMENT:

We will replace o change any of our security personnel as and when required by you. We will also
be responsible to rotate the personnel periodically, if you desire the tendency of rotation will be
mutually decided depending upon your convenience/requirements.

CONTRACT PERIOD:

The security contract will be availed for minimum period of one year from the date of deployment,
either side can terminate the contract by giving 3 months notice failing which after expire of the
contract would be deemed to have been extended automatically in the event 3 months advance
notice not given, you will be require to pay 3 months’ salary by the contract.

DEPLOMENT:
We will be able to deploy civil security personnel at your premises within one week and ex-
servicemen in a month depending upon you firm acceptance and conformation order, if any
urgency, deployment will be negotiable, pre-induction training and Refresher training is carried out
at our training centre, the faculty consists of highly dedicated professionals Ex-service training
officers.

RATES / QUOTATION :
1. Tenderer has to submit the quotation in the enclosed Annexure –‘A’.

Incomplete quotes will be rejected summarily.


2. The agency should have average annual turnover of at least of Rs. 30 Lakhs for last 3 years for
having carried out the similar nature of work. Agencies having annual turnover less than Rs. 30
Lakhs need not submit their quotations as it will be rejected summarily.
3. The completed Tender in the Annexure ‘A’ duly accompanied by EMD in the form of DD drawn in
the name of Director, NCCS, Pune payable at Pune and with attested copies of all the documents
mentioned therein should reach before due date. In case the last date for receipt of the quotes mentioned
in the tender notice happens to be closed holiday, the quotes will be received and opened on the next
working day by maintaining the same time schedule. The Quotations received late and without EMD and
the copies of the required documents will be rejected summarily.

4. The EMD is liable to be forfeited if the successful Agency fails to undertake the work from the
stipulated date. On award of the contract to the successful bidder, the EMD amount of other bidders will
be returned to them without any interest.

5. The Agency shall employ the following contractual Security guards and deploy them as stated
hereunder.

One Security Officer, preferably retired Army Officer (Skilled), Two Security Supervisors (Semi
Skilled), Eighteen Security Guards (unskilled) + three relievers in following shifts:-
One Security Officer in General shift, Two Supervisors. (One in each
shift) in Second & Third shift and Six Security guards in each shift
(First, Second & Third shift)
6. If the agency fails to provide required security personnel on any day, then the amount for such
absence; along with requisite statutory charges including service charges and any amount due will be
deducted from the bill, along with penalty, as deemed fit.

7. On award of work the agency shall deposit with the NCCS Performance Security Deposit of 10% of
the work order cost, which shall bear no interest. This deposit shall be paid by way of Demand Draft
within 15 days from the date of the award of contract. Or else the Agency can also furnish the Bank
Guarantee of equal amount from a Nationalized Bank in
NCCS – Security Services 11
an acceptable form safeguarding interests of NCCS. The performance Security Deposit will be released
to the Agency within a period of two months after completion of the contract and after fulfilling the all
liabilities.

8. The agency may submit bills by 1st day of every month and payment will be made within 10 days from
the date of receipt of the bills. Agency should make payment to its workers on or before 10 th day of the
Month in presence of the authorised officer of the Centre without fail, irrespective of receipt of monthly
bills from the Institute. All deductions due to the Centre shall be made from such bills.

9. The statutory payments such as Bonus, Leave with Wages, etc. will be paid as and when due and on
submission of the bill by the Agency.

10. The Director, NCCS will be the sole authority to decide the payment of any other new statutory taxes,
revision of basic wages if any, by the appropriate Government Authority; after commencement of the
services.

11. Revised special allowance / variable DA /revised minimum basic wages, Service Tax etc. depending
on the Government orders, if any, will be payable with corresponding increase in all other payable items
mentioned in the quotation with permission of the competent authority.

12. Income Tax as applicable will be deducted while making every payment.

13. Any correspondence made by the Institute in connection with this contract matter with the Agency
will form the part of this agreement.

14. The tender should be valid for 120 days from the date of its opening.

15. The Centre will pay the minimum rates of wages to Skilled Workers / Unskilled Workers as
promulgated by Ministry of Labour and Employment, Office of the Labour Enforcement Officer
(Central) as per State Government rates per month as applicable as under or as amended from time to
time.
