 Working as a Senior Process Associate in Capgemini (Unilever Engagement- FCCR) from March
2017 onwards.
Responsibilities include:
Royalties:
 Calculation of Royalty on Brands for US region monthly and quarterly.
 Preparing the royalty values manually as well as through Allocation Engine.
 Preparation of Variance analysis to analyse the impact of increase or decrease in royalty
values for each country.
 Sharing the analysis with Unilever OC for confirmation on values and the impact of
variances.
 Updating of Masters in Allocation Engine.
 Preparation of BMC Templates manually to raise the invoices.
 Raising and closing of BMC requests.
 Maintaining Trackers to provide the accurate details whenever asked for.
 Verification of postings of entries for the templates raised, in SAP.
 Reconciliation between AR and AP Postings in SAP, any discrepancies found contacting the
right person to resolve the issue.
 Verification of Invoices raised.
 Sharing the calculations to countries and invoices through SharePoint.
 Verification and resolving the V105 Report mismatch.
Sharepoint Activities:
 Raising requests for Creation, Modification, Remap and Closure of LCC’s (Local Cost
Center)
 Updating the Permanent Cost Centre details in SharePoint and transferring the details to
Repository.
