General comments :
Found in this shipment of Fuerte avocado a low % of lenti damage a low % of wind damage and packing damage. Note found low pressure between 15 lbs and 5 lbs very old packing date due to this a high % of turning / sensitive fruit is found. Note found a low %
of storage mould on the crown on the fuerte and a higher % of storage mould on the hass. Found in this shipment of hass avocado a moderate % of lenti damage a low % of wind damage and packing damage found also a moderate % of turning fruit see photo's.
Temperature is between 8,8*C and 9,2*C. Note found a high % of damaged boxes on the bottom of the pallet, this will cause problems during longer storage. Note extreme caution with storage and sales. Not fit for normal sales purposes with a high risk of trade
problems referring to the defects found.
